I HAD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF ALL THE HAIRS THAT FELL FROM MY LACE SO THAT THE OTTAWA STAFF COULD BELIEVE WHAT I WAS EXPERIENCING.

The product itself is inconsistent with good hair one time bad the next! ! You should develop a closer location to The Villages , Florida! It takes me an hour and a half to reach your location and The Villages is full of senior customers who have to make that trip

After my divorce I noticed my hair was coming out in clumps... my hair has always been fine but I was concerned. Summer of 2015 I decided something needed to be done. I had tried Biotin and Rogaine at one point and thought I could stop as the problem seemed to go away... well.. it didn't. I went for a consultation with Fatima and she put me at ease right away.. conducting our interview wearing a helmut! She explained what it was for... to strengthen the hair follicles...she does not have an issue with her hair but wanted to make me feel at ease... she did multiple tests and photos of my hair and gave me a plan... strengthen it.. I went home and thought about it... as it is no cheap... BUT looking better and feeling more secure is worth every penny! There are no magic potions or quick fixes... it takes time and following the program!!! Shampooing and conditioning everyday, taking your vitamins, using the minoxidil everyday, going to all appointments... being dedicated to looking better... IT WORKS!!! There is no guarantee.... but if you follow the plan...it can't hurt!!! After one year I went on a maintenance plan... and might step down a bit more this coming summer... EVERYONE that works there is TERRIFIC! Amanda is my usual hair professional. Coloring is included and hair cuts! Ladies... DON'T think twice.. if you van manage it... DO IT!!! YOU ARE WORTH IT~!

I was very apprehensive with my first visit because was unsure what to expect. After Sameer explained my options, I felt really excited to get started. I am still trying to get used to my new look and Gail my stylist is great, she really knows her stuff. She recommended my new "do" and I absolutely love it. We are still working out a few "kinks", but it's only been a bit more than a month and so far my experience has been good. The many compliments from family and friends has been overwhelming and I am still trying to take it all in LOL!! What this procedure does for one's self confidence is truly amazing and I highly recommend The Hair Club.

Experienced hair loss mostly at the top and back of my scalp. Elected to go with the extreme topical treatment using shampoos, conditioners and laser hair wand, etc. Noticed that hair loss had stopped after a few months. A certain amount of hair growth has taken place. Scalp and hair feel and look healthier than before. I did not expect to experience a significant amount of regrowth as the loss was taking place over a number of years. I am pleased with the results over the past nine months.

While the customer service is good, I feel that the results are not at all what I expected. My hair feels and looks thinner than ever. I stopped having extrands, as they seem to mask the results to make you feel as though your hair is getting thicker, but it's atually not. I use the products that I was given faithfully and expected more for the cost. Way over priced with no guarantees.

This place gives you hope that you'll get your hair and confidence back. Not everyone can offer that and I'm very appreciative for their efforts.

Joe El- Dyck is an excellent manager with his relaxed , no pressure, accomodating demeanor. Jessica is the best person you can have at the front desk with her positive uplifting attitude. All the hairstylists were awesome. A particular mention to Giovanni. I loved his work!

Iam very disappointed. When you get confident with a person who take care of you and in the last minute did not have a little curtesy to call me and let me know the person was sick. I came all the way from Alexandria and they told me that she was sick. I prefer the same person take care of me. Also I do not have any improvements with my hair. Still it is falling. I am not happy with your service.

I was to get a call back and never did. All they tried to do was get cir 4k from me before I really had any idea what I was getting into. I was at hair club Chicago many years ago and was way better.

I am African American and have natural hair. I continued to grey and had a problem getting the hair color right. It was also a little too much hair, it was too thick--I couldn't wear a hat, It matted and was pretty dry--even with the products. Finally, it was just too expensive to continue, but I loved it for the summer..

Made a wonderful change in my life. I have recommended this service to others. A great staff is always available to serve clients. It is costly.

I've been a Hair Club client for almost 20 years so HC is doing something right. The product has improved over the years to look more natural; however, more recently, over the last year or so, the hair falls out too much.

My stylist is very professional and very good at making me look good. My Wife is Always happy with the way I look after coming home from my hair appointment.

Extremely helpful outlining options and the stylists are friendly and easy to work with.

I WAS PROMISED IN NINE MONTHS I WOULD HAVE MY THINNING SPOTS FULL OF HAIR; NOT THE CASE AT ALL. AT MY LAST APPOINTMENT I EXPECTED A MEETING OR SOMETHING. NO MEETING, NOTHING. NO ONE SPOKE TO ME ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES. I FELT SO UNIMPORTANT. I WOULD NOT REFER HAIR CLUB TO ANYONE. I' HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE
