United States | 14 January 2017I am on a plan that costs $379 a month. I can come in once a week for an adjustment to the front of the hair. They will not remove the full hair for an adjustment unless you pay a large fee of about $100 something dollars. If you want your natural hair colored that is an additional cost as well. While you get a discount on the products, I feel the my costs should be much lower. The few "cookie cutter plans" they offer are not sufficient. They need more plans to accommodate those of us who prefer a differnt list of services. Paying for individual services outside the plans is just ridiculous and not feasible for me. On a positive note, all of the staff are superb and so very friendly. They work with getting me into last minute appointments and are a pleasure to be around. Also, the quality of the hair is good, so in some aspects it's worth the cost. Knowing what i know now I'm not sure if I would still do it again . I might just save for transplants.

United States | 14 January 2017The entire program was not fully explained to me. Does the services; new hair, etc end after the 1st 6 mos., if financed. I just don't understand how the program works. I did get a explanation but no concern if I fully understood.

United States | 14 January 2017The people at Hair Club are very friendly and accommodating, product is very good. The only caveat that I have is that it wasn't made clear to me at the initial meeting how much maintenance and additional cost would be involved after the first six months.

San Francisco
United States | 14 January 2017I have been a client starting in Boston in 1984, but am now thinking about not renewing because of problems with matrixes slipping and exposing large parts of my head. The past two visits resulted in this slippage starting within 2 weeks, and on the first occasion I made an additional trip to the office to have the matrix re-attached. These additional trips cost me a lot of time as well as the incremental travel expenses. In all, there have probably been 10 - 12 occasions over the years where this problem has occurred. My stylist has typically said that this is due to a bad batch of polyfuse. Well, if this is the case, I would think after all these years of using this technology, the company would have a better quality control process.

Canada | 13 January 2017Sorry but I do not have good things to say about hair club, for me was a very bad experience I was missed led information about it, what was the procedure for Trans Plus to be add it to my head, the customer service Rep. that attended me kept saying I will be so happy in the end with a full head hair, and every time I asked to speak with a client with prior condition like me, he will say we do not have anyone today ,but nest vesite you will be able to talk with someone. And with that he misses led me important information for me to decided and talk me into make the deposite of $500:00 dollars so I did , with out speaking with a client like I asked, before making my decition, then I book the date for pre concultation to do my hair , and he promeced me at that time he will for sure will have another client for me to talk too and ask questions before I do my hair, or my hair will be done for free.So the day came Dec. 8 ,2016 I got to the hair club and the CRS wasn,t in that day ,so he did not keep his promece and left me hanging with out a client to talk too! That made me very apcetted. and I knew that will be a very bad experience, but then another CSR a female that time was very good explaining me the procedure and tried to find a client for me to talk too it, that's when I noticed the client hade a dark type of leice attached and glowed to her scalp Where the new hair was attached, then I said that's not what I want I do have hair still I do not what to lose or shave my own hair ,like the CSR explained to me,and that's when I knew that I was missed informed and my appointment wasn't book so I lost 4 hours of my time that day and nothing was done, about what was the procedure , and them when I went in on the Dec. 15 th I asked to speak with a menager, and that's when they talk and convince me to try the Xtrans .I did not like it and that's when I decided that procedure was not what I wanted for my hair and plus it will be to expense for me to maintenance . I then decided not to go through with it, I'm very disappointed very unhappy 100% sorry I did full for something that I was missed informed and on top I lost $500:00 deposit ,plus first month payment another $242:50 they told me it could not been refunded, so that was my very bad experience with Hair Club after your company promece 100% Satisfation Guaranty, I'M NOT at All Satisfid and lost my $ 742:50 Dollars for a service that wasn't DONE!!!!

Canada | 13 January 2017I have not noticed any difference in hair growth since I entered the program, even though we switched half way through from Xstrands to EXT. Very disappointed in the outcome, given the amount of money to purchase the products.

Canada | 13 January 2017Starting from the first appointment and hair review to an ongoing salon care, its really a wonderful transformation. Everyone at the club is friendly, attentive and caring. Its a special place, a happy place and a place you look forward to. The stylists are very professional people, they help you get and keep that look, you always wanted.

United States | 13 January 2017I was thinking that the Hair Replacement i was getting was different then what i got. Now that i have the hair i have lost hair and if want to feel good and look good i have to keep spending money to get that look. I'm now going through emotional periods where i hate that i every started this journey. The final catch to this whole thing is you meaning me didn't get what i thought i was getting. Its all about becoming a member and paying for a membership. Today i feel mislead and disappointed because i can't afford 299.00 a month for keeping my now bald spotted head covered with this hair so i'm now looking at buying a wig and wearing it until my edges and the big circle around my head that no hair is now grows back. The people at Hair Club are very nice people i had very nice operators that did a great job at applying the hair but if i had of known the only way to wear the hair is to place GLUE TO MY SCAPE i would have just cut off my dreads and went low fade afro. But you live and learn. Now would i do this again NO. But i have learned a great lesson research research and research again before you do something.

Canada | 13 January 2017one "salon service" per month and not able to get a appointment for it when you need it is very frustrating. The appointments being cancelled for the salon services on the last minute is unacceptable and then being told that there is nothing available until next month is very disappointing.

United States | 13 January 2017I am on the Gold plan which at $400 is the most I can afford to pay per month. I get a new unit every 8 weeks, but the product is not designed to last more than 5-6 weeks without deteriorating. Also, the pricing model for the gold package is too rich for the service you provide. Only being granted to one "salon service" where the unit is cleaned and professionally reapplied is inadequate. The unit comes off after 12-15 days every time, thus the other 15 days in between salon visits I'm forced to deal with the glue and reapplications on my own. I get you run a business, but charging an additional $150 for Diamond to get you one additional salon service and a 6 week wait in between new units is steep. Your margins must be fat as a company and you need to improve your product quality or cut your customers a break. My overall quality of life is poor with your product.
