Canada | 10 January 2017When i decided to do this I thought I would come out of this with a new look and new feeling.. instead they gave me the worst hair cut and the darkest black when my hair is brown.. Then i got home after hours of driving an ferry rides and after spending lots of money and actually was embarrassed and cried .. also when i tried to contact them and have it fixed they wouldnt call back for weeks and when i did get ahold of them and told them the issues .. the wanted me to buy a new one.. like really.. i just spend so much money on a wig.. and then have to buy another one.. also after a few days of wearing it.. i was to go out for the first time with the new look .. so jumped into the shower and guess what.. what was to stay on for weeks feel off right away once i shampooed.. never has it stayed on .. and I ended up working on it for hours trying to change the color to brown.. trying to have it cut to actually be a hair style people can like.. and i can like.. and it ruined my night.. then another time .. i went swimming for the first time in 20 years and it fell off in the water and i was so embarressed.. i have had it for a year and it has fallen apart and now it looks like the hair i got is losing its hair.. before i got this done hair club would call me every month till i did it.. and spent money i work hard for.. now i dont hear from them they dont care it was the worst thing i purchased.. and wouldnt replace it unless ii buy a new due.. myself i wouldnt recommend it to no one.. at least they should have sent me another one and actually back up what they say.. now i cant use it .. look worse than ever and cant do the things i wanted to do in life cause i have to keep my head cover with a hat alll the time... nothing for product to keep it on works from the glues to tapes.. soon as water hit it or i sweat at work it falls off.. and like i said it falls apart.. now i have nothing.. and just wasted money and got ripped off.. so they call me.. u know that before all this started.. they were friendly happy to serve and did what ever it took to have me go through this... after it all nothing. they didnt call once.. but now they do after the review and guess what.. u know how they want to help.. they want mme to now purchase another due and pay to go there .. and i dont live in van .. with loss of days pay .. ferry and etc.. it is a 575 dollar loss and on top of that they want to have me buy a new due.. like what kind of service is this .. already wasted 2000 on it and got nothing from it but garbage.. basically i took the money and threw it outside and let the wind take it.. to this day .. i have not had my hat off once.. what a business... well as of yet nothing.. they dont give a crap .. they got the money.. why should they now that i a worse off than before and lots of money out..

Canada | 10 January 2017The product is typically pretty good, however, there are many gliches in several other areas. First of all, it is almost impossible to get a timely appointment. You typically have to book months in advance and be exceptionally proficient in doing touch ups yourself. They are extremely understaffed and business hours are not exactly accommodating for people who have full time jobs, and can't take time off of work to go for a "spa day" in the middle of a work day. There is significant disorganization with head office and the processing of payments. Payments seem to go in spurts of being withdrawn on time, and then other times many days late, not at all, or they have taken the payment and insisted, (until you show them your bank statement) that you have not made a payment when in fact you have. The product itself, great concept, and certainly works, serves the purpose, however, doesn't adhere for 4-6 weeks as promised, don't be fooled you will need to use your touch up kit more often than not. Also, if you go in and do have hair on your head, using this product causes the rest to fall out. I was told that my hair would continue to grow underneath, this is not the case whatsoever.

They already had my money before they let me know that to get the results I was looking for it would cost me at least 2 times the price I had been quoted, possibly 3 times as much.

My stylist Tan Nelson is very talented, patient, and goes above and beyond for satisfaction. You will be well taken care from scheduling an appointment with Petra to even talking to the manager Marie if you have questions or concerns about your program. I love this place and so will you.

United States | 10 January 2017I thought the service was nice but it is SO EXPENSIVE and the sales people have a little car salesy vibe to them. Also you are constantly asked about enrolling in some contract after the initial payment that will cost you another few hundred dollars per month. Do your research? You can get the same products from a company called TopLace for about 300% cheaper

The office staff is always courteous and friendly, and accommodating. Not too long ago I was having a personal problem which interfered with my appointment. After sharing the issue with the office manager, she quickly came to my aid with information and knowledgeable suggestions, which enabled a resolution to my problem. This 'Columbus Crew'... is the best!

Canada | 10 January 2017While not unhappy with the actual service itself, there was definite purposeful inducement to join in the first place. The consult did not tell the whole truth, nor did the stylist or ensuing specialist. The many hidden costs that come after the first 6 months were not explained, and when explicitly asked, was told "I don't know" several times by several people. As well, nuances such as shaving the head was not dictated until right before it was set to be done. I am not being told that while I have one more head of hair I have to make a decision as to whether to buy more ASAP because the factory closes for Chinese New Year. I was not told this prior, and when I raised that I was called a liar. As if my ego was not already taking a beating from needing what is, in essence, a glued on glorified wig, I am now being made to feel like a liar, and at a cost which may be to great to continue with. There seems to be no sympathy now that Hair Club has my initial payment, and no going back. Now I am worse off than before.

But she has left the salon and the person that they replace her with is okay, but she isn't the stylist that I feel comfortable with. It seems the hair isn't the same and the style isn't what I preferred.

Canada | 10 January 2017Disappointed to find out that unless you continue to pay you're not able to continue purchasing the products that you're using during the initial time frame. It's a lot of money and if you're not able to continue paying each month forever you can't continue on with as much as you can. It's great if you have lots of money, especially for something that's a major problem.

United States | 10 January 2017I initially came to HC because I didn't like my profile. While bald is good for others, I never envisioned it the right choice for me. I was interested in a transplant solution but was convenience for the interim there was a better solution that could address my situation immediately. What a difference! It has been a very pleasant experience every time I visit. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is great, and the solutions are workable.
