Over the 22 years I have been a client, I have had to fight to get and keep the same appointment time each week .

The staff is easy-going and welcoming. The sy lists are good at listening to their clients and creative.

For the price you pay, you would expect a much more friendly, warm environment. Instead of members are treated like an inconvenience to secretaries and stylists. Finding a "stylist" to make your hair style look attractive is challenging. Should be more artistic than glueing someone else's hair to your head.

Hair color specialist was inexperienced. My back was wet up to my waist. before she starts, I told her I didn't like the red color, cover my gray hair, and some gold high light in the root of my hair. The hair color was red, my gray hair was not covered. She put a dark black hair color on my previously high lighted hair at the end. The color is like black shoes wax. She ignored my concern.

Of the 3 stylists that have helped me with my look, they have always been attentive to details, forth coming with their valued opinions, and always smiling when they greet me. I look forward to having appointments with the staff at the Greenwood Village office.

I am happy with my treatments with Renée. But the scheduling is just really bad and I find that I have been scheduled every six weeks instead of monthly I choose to pay as I go now for that reason and feel that going every six weeks is just fine . I am very happy with my decision to choose hair club for my hair loose, they did wonderful job & I am getting amazing result .

Wrong sized application... 6 sessions in... still no time for re-size... Hopefully, they will have time for a resize on my next visit. Pinching & taping up the back of the application for the last 5 sessions seems unacceptable. My hair dresser is fantastic... she is trying to get me a new manual re-size.

I definitely have my confidence back now that I have a full head of hair. The stylists are very knowledgeable and they take time to answer any questions you might have. It is pretty expensive, but the products are top quality. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs that special treatment that makes you feel beautiful again.

Very unprofessional assessment. Pressured for a deposit of 500.00. Never refunded. I have posted and continue to tell everyone of the carnival bait and switch sales pitch. I went to a professional hair surgeon and was told I'm a perfect candidate for replacement. Your staff are either untrained or simply lie for a higher commission. I hit every site to share this and still looking for more. If you had any decency you would refund my 500.00. Thieves.

Honestly don't know what I did before joining Hair Club. I absolutely love the results every time I visit. All the staff are friendly and helpful as well as professional. I won't share the names of my favorite stylists ' cause everyone would want to book them! But they are fantastic!

My boggle is with the cost. When I first started it was $300 then it went up, then up again. Now I pay $325. I have been with your company for 7 or 8 years. In that time I did get a hundred dollar gift card which was nice. Out of $28,500 for 8 years, and all the products I buy I got a $100 gift card. Since this is the only company for hair I have no choice but to continue. If their was another choice, like I said before I would go for it.

EXT professionals know what they are doing..they are trained well, but the turn over is great.

Overall my hair is healthier, more abundant, and my hair doesn't fall as much. I still have a couple of gaps in my scalp, but I suspect that for further results I would have to keep going with the treatments. After 5 months of treatments is just starting to add up and getting too expensive.

inexperience

Having spent thousands for two consecutive memberships, I had to leave the Country. My experience, for the most post, was a pleasant one. However, I am left with 7 hair systems; 6 which were barely in place a month and a half each . . and one which was never utilized. Now that I am back for an indeterminate amount of time, rather than having to shell out thousands for 3-4 new, not needed systems, it would be nice to have an option to use my perfectly wonderful systems AND paying, on a monthly basis just for styling appointments, as I cannot do my own styling. Just my two cents worth.
