Although I like my look with hair and enjoy it every day, my experience over the past year has regressed to just being a number. The personsl touch has left the building however the people are nice. Using a recovery framework while allowing freedom within the framework will help with personalized feeling of care for your clients. At the level of this product there should be a more personalized approach when a system or service mishap occurs. The recovery when service errors occur is key to the longevity of the business and creating loyalty beyond reason. Loyalty is essential to your business. Once a member decides to leave due to the lack of care it is extremely challenging to get them back.

Went for second appointment, after receiving a 25% discount offer in mail. The price increased by $4000.00 from the original estimate after applying the 25% discount.

Overall my experience has been up and down. I like the way I look. Staff courteous. But it's also stressful to maintain. Something i didnt not foresee or was told in the beginning. I maintain mine a lot at home (reattatchment). I feel for the amount I pay I shouldnt have to. Another problem is getting it done the way I want. Often too long, and the stylist insists not to go shorter. Then when it settles, have to go back in a week. Poly breaks down too quickly. Starts flaking. Maintenence product cost a lot on top of the thousands. A break would be nice. Hard to get appointments sometimes. Overall somewhat satisfied because of the commitment and making it work. But there are areas for improvement.

I spent $2,864 dollars Cash y me siento q me cojieron de vendejo porq no visto ningun resultado en este tratamiento y mas q llamo a la officina adonde me dan el tratamiento y no cojen la llamada. Sitio es 2600 Maitland Center. Suite 105 y el numero q llamo es el 4076600310 parese q las q trabajan cojiendo las llamadaa me blockiaron ....Creo q si este tratamiento no me funciona yo quiero todo mi dinero para tras y sin ninguna escusas... asi me siento q nisiquiera cojen mis llamadas q rapido me tira para la Grabacion de la office.....y este tratamiento es muy Caro para lo q veo y mas para como tambien q veo q solo te dan products q nisiquiera valen tanto dinero....

Overall this experiance has been a positive one. If you take all of the services and buy them on your own, it will probably be cheaper. Going through it gives you an idea of what is needed later The treatment hours are some what limited as there is only a few "stylists" and they are not open on weekends.

Management of the club I use doesn't understand issues. They are not clients, so they don't have the correct perspective when issues arise. They only seem to care about the bottom line. Also, in the last 12 months, the club manager has changed twice. Each time, the new manager has failed to introduce themselves to the clients.

Fuimos a la consulta y nos toco una persona que solo hablaba inglés nos iso un contrato sin nosotros saber exactamente que era lo que nos estaba ofreciendo. Cuando hablamos con alguien en español y nos explicó le dijimos que no queríamos lo que nos estaba ofreciendo que queríamos cambiarlo para ese entonces ya avía pagado 2600 dólares y nos dijo que probará con eso primero pero desde el principio dijimos que no. No nos isieron caso, mi esposo se puso muy mal de su cabeza ya que eso produjo alergia y hasta hongos del pegamento, le tocó ir al medico para que lo removieran, y le dieron medicamentos. Estuve llamando y deje mensaje nadie respondió ni me regresaron la llamada. Perdí mi dinero y en lugar de que mi esposo estuviera feliz esta triste de seccionado y termino hasta enfermo de su cuero cabelludo.

My journey in this company is not as satisfying as it should be.As we all feel that our hair is the crowning glory of oneself,we should be treated with more of compassion for what we are missing or don't have or lacking.I didn't feel that from the receptionist to the Manager,to the stylists,etc.what ever positions there is.Hard to schedule appointments especially if you need to see one "emergently".The only person that will smile at you is your stylist,I guess because you're next in line to be seen.Am missing a friendly atmosphere here as in a world of competitive business.Am sorry to have been here.

Loved the first 6 months of service, but when they changed my schedule to once a month, because the fee went up....not happy....I don't see why they don't keep that offer forever. (It was a tease for new clients & don't see the reason why that had to change....) It's all about money, I know. I really don't think you would lose money if you kept clients on a weekly bases.... I know you have had a employee switch up...Maybe that's why...Not enough employee's for the demand You would have a lot more happy customer's and referrals..... I still love the staff, but changing the weekly service to monthly in the long run in my opinion would benefit your company..........................Keeping the price the same.......Happy New Year...Tom

Terrible work, they lied about the outcome and left me with laughable hairline so sparsely placed that people look at the top of my head every time we talk, they can't focus on the conversation, and they (Bosley/ Hair Club"also left a "smiley face" on the back of my head (huge, ugly scar that won't allow me to shave my head either.. All in all, one of life's lessons learned the hard way, so please don't let them do the same to you. They have new, contemporary methods where they extract/ harvest individual grafts, but Bosley still works with obsolete method of taking a large portion of your scalp out of the back of your head and then they harvest the grafts out. They will not tell you that you need two or three surgeries until the day of the surgery when you sign the contract, and they will not tell you that even then because they don't want you to change your mind, the "doctor" will just write a discreet note without your consent that "additional surgeries may be needed" and you will not even know about it till after surgery when you look at the receipt, that;s how slick they are. Anyway, I hope you don't go through the same nightmare I went through.

Cons: 1) The hair quality is inconsistent 2) The hair does not last the duration for which it is supposed to last 3) Getting the appointments is very difficult 4) Even after more than 3 years of my tenure with HC, they could not figure out the quality/type of hair that can last for the duration that it is supposed to last and of the right quality Pros: 1) The staff is friendly 2) Premises are well maintained 3) The service managers are accommodating
