I go to two different locations: Tyson in Virginia and Miami in Florida. In both places the service and attention is excellent with one exception; at Tyson one person at the front desk need more training or should be fired. I have complained on several times and other customers have done the same thing but the supervisor have failed to correct the situacion. maybe she need more training too.

It has been harder and harder to make appointments with our special stylist, we don't want to have a different one since we have been going forever.. your company needs to understand this.. cost need to be evaluated,

I have been on Hc just for 3 months now, but it has been the better decision for myself, for my hair. Definitely recommend.

My stylist, Shamiram, is terrific. I am a gold member and my system consistently looses more hair than it should and there are holes in my hair that shows the part holding the hair. It happens at least once out of three systems. Also, the packaging of the Maxxam products has gone through a disgraceful series of changes. I wonder if the owner's son or daughter is in charge of packaging. Maxxam's attitude is if its not broke, break it. The blue bottles were nearly impossible to squeeze, unless you are a twenty year old weight lifter.. The packaging has gotten a little better, but I have been buying the large squirt bottles to avoid the smaller ones. You offer no alternative to Maxxam. Please make sure that the bottles are easy to use. Thank you!

Not the results I expected in the time frame.

Me and the person I am talking to for the day when I go to hair club. We discuss styles and what I like to do for fun so I know what haircut to get so then I got my confidence back and ready to go.

Although I was advised that the amount I was being billed included "EVERYTHING" - it did not. The post-operation hair care woman must have been working just for TIPs. If this is the case tell the customer UP-FRONT! Why let us "discover this later?" The fees are high enough to cover that aspect, aren't they????

I, myself, am very satisfied. I am troubled, however, that the Women's Hair Club plans were drastically altered and the Men's stayed the same.

Stylists are trying to educate me. I was amazed that this would need so much maintenance by me. I am totally incompetent with my hair.

$3000.00 FOR A TOUPE BULLCRAP

I have been a member of hair club for a number of years moved to Florida nine months has been visiting maitland salon for the past two .months , my stylist is awesome she pays attention to the style I.want and explain the use of the products to maintain my hair the office manager is very professional and made very comfortable on my first visit

Jun - 2016 - Rose Marie in new Hyde Park promised me a world how wonderful hair piece will be on my head with existing hair! I asked for sample - non was shown. I was told a thin strip at the edge to be glued on! a thin strip turns out to be 3/4 inch or 1 inch thick with edges wrapped around on tape and glue over it! My hair is pulled and cut and shaved every time I go! totally unexpected totally unacceptable. I sit there for hours in a room with inexperienced young girls wondering why did I allowed myself to be cheated by hair club! all false promises - was never told how hard it is when hairpiece is pulled off! I was happy with my hair links. I now do not have an option except hairclub. One day I will go to small court to stop hairclub from cheating clients! Curly horrible hair I cannot manage and sit in the office for 2 hrs waiting for hairstylist to pull off the glue!

I am so pleased with the improvements lately. Everyone at HC is so much more pleasant and they're pleasentness make my experience so much better than it has been since I began over seven years ago. Thank you all so much.

Some of the stylists are great, Others appeared inexperienced and need to take the time to listen to clients and work with them towards a positive experience I was treated very poorly by one of the Management staff and was left in shockby the way in which I was spoken to after expressing a concern I had.

I am only in my first month so there is not that much difference as of yet to rate you on. It would be best to ask me again in 4-6 months so I can see how the transplants take.
