I always feel so pampered and cared for when I go in for my appointment. They have given me back my self esteem.

I love the relationship that I have with Claudette, my stylist. She has shown me compassion when I was most vulnerable. She has treated me with respect and provided me with excellent services. I am beyond pleased with her

Still not sure about this process - haven't seen any positive signs. Not sure that I could recommend it to others.

I believe that this organization takes advantage of people who are quite fearful of losing their hair. No real review of all the causes for hair loss and it turns out that the sales person is just a beautician. I had wanted a REAL consultation of what might be causing my hair loss. The contract has a significant "loop hole" for making money. The "device" is stated to be non-refundable - it's over $300! You must come in to sign paperwork to get out of the contract and I'm quite certain this meeting will be used to convince you to continue with the program. Maybe you'll be offered a better deal. As I stated, this appears to be a scam.

I have been a client for many years. But this center is always getting better, better staff, better technology better results. Cant say enough

Offered the most expensive option and nothing else which I thought was a shame- shave my head for $1600 with what would be essentially a wig?????? I was not impressed at all- lady I met was lovely and the gentleman that came in were quite nice to be honest in fact she was very sympathetic to my situation - but despite that I felt like there was a false advert piece- I was looking for hair restoration help where there would be an emphasis on preserving what little hair I had not shaving me bald and sticking a wig on

I come to hair club only once a month because you are over one hour away. But crystal, the secretary , always helps me get the appointment that totally suits me. And Hollie, my hairdresser , does an excellent job doing my hair, very fast and good at what she does. It's a pleasure to see them every month

Kind of a mixed bag. My wife did say she saw my hair get a little thicker over the 8 or so months I went. It was fairly expensive $175 a month and I feel I could have just bought minoxidil and done the same thing myself, which is what I plan to do in the future. They give you tons of product so I have months of leftover stuff to go through. One of the big reasons I quit is they give you a vitamin supplement that used to be gel caps, but they switched to an uncoated pill and it smells absolutely terrible. I told this to the girls there and they said they'd had a lot of complaints but there was nothing they could do about it. None of the haircuts were that amazing either and it felt a little bit like no one really knew what they were doing. They take scalp pictures every month and one time one of the stylists did a follicle count but then they never did it again to demonstrate improvement. So I guess if you're desperate for some improvement you could try it so you know what to do, and then go home and do it yourself for a fraction of the cost. I feel bad leaving a poor review but hopefully they will improve a bit.

The Xstrands provide immediate gratification. Unfortunately, Hair Club will not provide a sufficient number at one sitting to do much good. After the contract period expires, the cost is prohibitive for most of us. I cannot speak to implant procedures as I did not have the procedure. The staff was well-informed and very nice.

Tried not to Honor the Signed Contract

The receptionists & the hairstylists are very friendly & professionals. They always help my daughter with whatever she needs for her hair. Thank you hair club for kids.

It's a lot of work, but I am glad to have hair, and do not want to be bald
