I've been with H/C now for 12 years, In the 12 years I'v had about 5 different stylist.2 are because the stylist moved away . one is because I did not approve of the stylist . And 2 are because the stylist got promoted. The 1st. promotion I excepted , The second one is now annoyed. I'm very particular with my stylist and I tip very well. I don't understand why I can't Keep Alex ;. His promotion was to take on new clients . I do understand I would get pumped from time to time , but I'm willing to go along with this so long as they get a new appt. within 7 days. Is that to much to ask ?

By now we should have a product that can regrow hair. I know plugs are an option. That's not what I was looking for.

Overall Excellent customer service but the price point is too high.

Every time i get a new hair piece it always comes with a different frontal piece or it's not the same color to what was ordered. Service with my stylist is good, always in a good mood and knows what he's doing.

The time I have been with Hair Club I have had very good service

The HC is convenient and offers service locations in most major cities. The local people and stylist are typically wonderful and work very hard to please. However, the product "quality" continues to decline while prices continue to rise. I am disappointed in the declining quality of their hair systems. The hair does not wear well (color fades and system gets dry and brittle within 2 to 3 weeks). Sadly, the local salon's only solution to the poor quality is trying to sell their hair moisturizing products. In addition, the system is often hard to style properly do to poor manufacturing techniques. The individual hairs are not attached correctly (not tied to the base well) and often the knots are left at weird angles. The stylist often tries to correct the bad system(s) by forcibly pulling (re-aligning) the hairs but the results are never great.

I am very satisfied with my stylist and the experience of my visit. I cannot say enough about the high quality products offered by Hair Club. I am happy with my decision to use Hair Club and intend to continue with it as long as I physically can.

I go to the West Palm Beach headquarters and I remember the 1st day I walked in, Chrissy was my 1st contact , she explained to me that my alopecia has overcame me and no folicules were open Then Chrissy introduced me to Rachel who chose my shade and style. Rachel was spot on what I needed. When my piece came in and the I was now introduced to Beth., who was skilled with cutting . Before I knew it I realized I was finished and I started crying because I was back again. My self confidence came back and I thanked everyone in the office and EVERYONE in this office is my family. It has been almost a year at the HC and I have Rachel work with me. And when Rachel is not available I will have Beth work her magicwith me. I thank god for these wonderful people in my life and would never be anywhere else I am a new person 👩‍💻

Starting hair tretment with hair club was one of the best decisions that I ever made in my life, I did notice change in my hair quantity and quality as short as few weeks after I started the treatment, thank you hair club for giving life to my hair again, and much more thanks for giving me back my self confident and beauty, I do recommend hair club to all you ladies with the hair thinning problems, I am sure hair club's wonderful staff will find a solution for you 🤗

THE STAFF ARE GREAT. EACH HAIR TECH HAS THEIR OWN WAY OF DOING HAIR.

Generally my hair looks fairly good. My problem with it is that it does not look normal. Not the strands but the way the hair takes styling. At least to me. Maybe I am self conscious about it since it is different to my own. This last hair has the outer edge larger than my scalp resulting in two small pleats at the back. This is hard to the touch. It was cleaned and replaced with the same fit.

We have had wonderful service with Hair Club and are so thankful for Hair Club for Kids. Never had any issues other than my own insecurities in repairing my sons hair if it needs glued again. He loves it and it has given him a giant boost in self esteem. We're so thankful for HC!!

My only wish would be that they would open a salon closer to Flint; north of the Detroit area.

I felt that everyone from the sales rep.to the nurses and the doctor treated me with respect, kindness & courtesy. They all were knowledgeable about the steps of the procedure. The doctor was willing to see me the evening before so I didn't have to make an extra trip. He also followed my wishes to use dissolvable stitches so I could also save a trip. I do feel that this whole procedure is on the expensive side and was a little shocked at the add ons. Special laser comb or helmet and the additional money for the follow-up appointments But these items are a good part of the follow up care and I think after all, are worth it. I am 3 months in and see signs of growth.

The staff is excellent and I'm always treated with respect. The prices are a little expensive.

Except for the last system I received, the quality of hair has been very good. Only issue and I really have is the quality of haircut and styling is not where I think it should be.
