I am extremely happy with the decision I Made seven years ago to become a Hair Club member. The fact that I was almost bald made me insecure and embarrassed. Having a full head of hair and up to date style had given me confidence and a feeling of pride that I do not need to cover my head.

The staff are all quite nice. Skills vary among staff and if you get the wrong clinician your spouse asks you what happened to your hair when you arrive home ---- set crooked or too far forward or back. Hair cuts are superior among a few of the staff....which is important when a new hair piece is applied. Unfortunately because you only trust certain clinicians to do your hair, scheduling is a hassle. Hair pieces have significantly improved over the years. I'm a long term client.

Stolen money they push you into buying a product that doesn't work it's a temporary fix they tell you baby hairs are growing but not in the areas you so desperately need them to grow. They lie,they prey on the desperation, and they sense the fear in losing more hair SPECIALLY FOR A WOMAN. The most disgusting way to earn a buck for their brand.

While I applaud the professionalism and impeccable customer service, I feel that the required monthly payment is too steep. While there are many levels to choose from, I feel that even the lowest amount is too high Once you become a client, you must pay a minimum of about $250/month otherwise you will not be serviced nor maintained and end up.bald again. I was not told this.when I became a client but that was a long time ago. Be sure you can finacially make this lifetime commitment.

The staff is always courteous, and the stylists are professional and skilled. A concern however is the shedding of the product. Also, a concern is for the expense of the hair system, the customer should be able to keep the system.

I go to the hair club in Toronto on Yorkland and my stylist is Sharon and she is the best, I would recommend her to anyone...

Very warm and caring staff. My stylist does a great job and even researches any questions that I may have about my hair if needed. Management is kind and works extra hard at providing a great experience!

I have only been to 2 Hair Club centers but the staff has very friendly, professional and helpful both places. Hair Club Denver is the best!

I give my Stylist 5 stars, however I give hair club 4 stars as I genuinely feel that the actual business is not resolute enough in caring for its clients. I spend a lot of money for my service every month and I must admit I have almost decided if it is worth the investment as I feel the product to be slightly and I mean slightly above average and feel in the 18 years I have been receiving service, the technology should be a lot more advanced.

I feel like I was just sold to and experience with photos and analysis was inconsistent - in fact my last visit I asked to see what a contract of maintenance would look like and they said no, nothing to look at which I find that if I were to do maintenance I would be signing something - AND I STILL NEVER GOT MY LAST PHOTOS and nobody followed up with me and don't expect them to. Did like the sessions I had with my own stylist - however when they would call to confirm the appointments and if it was not with my regular person they would not tell me so when I would show up it was a surprise (I might have rescheduled I knew). Its kind of sad, because I do a lot of referrals and well this may not happen. I have also sent emails to receive some follow up and nobody responded back. In fact I did not want to write a review until I heard back from somebody and that has been since October, its now January and no email, no call, no nothing. Very sad.
