Whatever next…I’ll tell you whatever next they just wrote to me I told them too late my holiday almost over…unlike many of you, I wasn’t trying to do business …I’ll give Smarty a go Re the Lebara reply… Reaching out!…I’m a human not a ‘punter’, I like to be ‘contacted’…this is the third time this short trip I’ve been assured I’d be ‘reached out’ to, following an hour on the phone. It’s simply too little, too late.I am going home to the Uk tomorrow…so there’s nothing you can now do to make up for the exquisite feeling of being unable to return that hire bike or being unable to find your way back to your hotel with google maps because you only have E instead of 5G. Thanks for the memories…

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025Not found out why but my Sim stopped working and other accounts hacked. Called Lebara and they sent a new Sim but suspect that maybe a previous Sim was sent to a fraudster. Lebara wouldn't clarify the problem but did resolve it.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025Purchased a 5G sim-only because there was a promotion of 50% charge for the first 3 months. I also like their free international minutes. The card arrived within 24 hours, however, I was charged the full price without the 50% discount. Logged in to chat with them, and their agent, Shubhangi A found that the card I bought did not have the discount attached, which was very strange as I followed the link in the message. But Shubhangi A was very helpful and promised to process the refund of the over-charge to me. Just wonder why glitch happened at all for a mobile company !

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025Great customer support. Plan upgrade didnt work properly and instead i was sold a new parallel plan for my phone. Quick call to the support team and the issue was resolved with old plan cancelled and monies refunded. Shout out to JatinR for friendly quality service.
