I am not smart when it comes to phone/tech stuff. I ended up with several Lebara accounts which I couldn’t link. Vishnu helped me to sort a new account with a new email which I can now use. Yay. Vishnu took my call and patiently stayed on the line giving me step by step instructions to set up my new (3rd) lebara SIM. He called me back after I inserted the pin and made sure I was good and it was working! Also, I had purchased a top up from a 3rd party (by accident) which I will now try to get refunded He explained how the top up I’d bought wasn’t through lebara and didn’t show on my account. He was helpful with his advice on how to try to stop that auto top and get a refund on the already paid £5. Super helpful!! Thank you Vishnu

Friends recommended Lebara for all round service. Contacted technical support because my texts identified the temporary number. Ali Sheikh patiently and professionally talked me through different trouble-shooting options until he found the problem. In addition to complimenting Ali, I was very pleased to find how quick and easy it was to speak to a Lebara representative. Much better than my experience with other large mobile phone companies. Very pleased with my early experiences with Lebara. No change in reception or connectivity, either, as they use my old suppliers network. Much lower cost, too!
