Italy | 12 September 2024Prenoto dal sito una vettura Citroen C5 specificando di aver necessità di un SUV con bagagliaio capiente. Prima di recarmi presso la struttura di Napoli chiamo al telefono e mi dicono che quella vettura non è tra il parco auto ma hanno una MG benzina. Purtroppo non trovando altro su internet a quel prezzo accetto mio malgrado l'auto assegnata. Il giorno 11 parto per la Sicilia e durante il tragitto mi accorgo che l'auto di 9.000 km non sale di giri e ha un notevole consumo. Si accende una spia di segnalazione CONTROLLO MOTORE. Avviso immediatamente la struttura e mi viene consigliato di smontare il cavo della batteria e poi rimontarlo per verificare l'errore oppure di chiamare un carro attrezzi!! Ovviamente non potendo fare quanto sopra e trovandomi in autostrada riesco a raggiungere Messina. Richiamo e chiedo la sostituzione del veicolo. Dispiaciuti dell'accaduto mi dicono di recarmi all'aeroporto di Catania per la sostituzione. Chiamo all'aeroporto e mi confermano la disponibilità di una Citroen C5 (guarda caso). Prendo l'autostrada faccio circa 90 km non previsti e avviso che dopo quanto accaduto mi aspetto di non dover rifare carburante. Risposta NEGATIVA non previsto dal contratto. E allora: 18 euro di autostrada e 40,63 euro di benzina ( ne avevo messe già 61,26 ) e ritorno a Messina con 2 ore di ritardo rispetto all'appuntamento che avevo. Rientrato oggi a Napoli 12/9 con la Citroen C5 a gasolio con soli 60 euro e con le scuse dei dipendenti mortificati per l'accaduto!!

Germany | 11 September 2024Wir mussten am Flughafen 45 Minuten auf den Shuttle warten. An der Station angekommen, war nur eine Person am Schalter. Ein Vorgang dauert 30Minuten. Man kann sich ausrechnen, wieviel Zeit da drauf geht, wenn das Shuttle voll ist. Teilweise wurde auch nur der Fahrer (ohne Begleitperson) mit dem shuttle mit zur Station genommen. Die Dame am Schalter war freundlich und musste nebenher alle Telefonate annehmen

Germany | 10 September 2024It’s an actual scam. Faulty car with multiple issues. One day the electronic key stopped working, the manual key also didn’t work. Felirent said to call Roadside assistance which we did. Roadside assistance opened the door and damaged the car. Felirent charged us: 450€ for the physical key lock, 160€ for Roadside assistance, 350€ for the scratch that roadside assistance caused. Wildest obvious scam I’ve seen in a long time.

Spain | 10 September 2024Si pueden te engañan como sea nosotros cogimos el coche en Catania Sicilia y en el contrato indicaba que nos cobrarían 20€ por persona demás al no tener targeta de crédito pues nos is cobraron 350€ más lo que ya habíamos pagado nos salió el seguro por unos 700€ esto con el seguro gold El que lo cubre todo, tuvimos que dejar una fianza de 100€ la cual dijeron que te devolverian al devolver el coche, ya les he enviado dos correos y ni me han contestado ni me han devuelto nada vamos que van a estafar te todo lo que puedan

United Kingdom | 09 September 2024This is my second review of this SCAM of a company! Hired a car in BARI in June. Since handing the car back then and having the worst time with them. They have stole £36 from my bank 6 times. They have a parking ticket of ours that we cannot pay as they will not forward it on to us and they keep taking money from my bank for handling charges. That is now a total of £216 they have stole from me because they will not forward on the ticket! What a disgrace of a company!

United Kingdom | 09 September 2024Decent price for 6 days car rental as FeliRent or VIP Cars in Calgiari in Sardinia. But felt cheated to be charged €15 for a cleaning fee. The staff used a picture of two grains of sand to argue the car needed extra cleaning. This is clearly done to everyone . It’s nasty , underhand , sneaky, clearly done automatically ( because it was by staff who hadn’t eeen the car at the desk. I won’t use Felirent again - why not just be honest and add a mandatory cleaning charge. Treat your customers sneakily - expect a stinking review. AVOID

Portugal | 07 September 2024Tenham cuidado não entreguem o carro sem verificar com os funcionários da Felirent se o carro está bem .Quando entreguei a chave tudo bem passado 3 dias cobraram 311€ inventem uns riscos de baixo do para-choques que já existiam. No precipício pensei que estavam a cobrar 2 vezes o aluguer pois ele não avisam que vão cobrar e o motivo. Há que ter vergonha para ganhar dinheiro não vale tudo😡

Spain | 07 September 2024Tutto per il verso storto, sono dei Truffatori, non fidatevi di quello che dice il sito. Dopo aver pagato macchina e assicurazione tramite internet, alla consegna della macchina mi hanno chiesto altri 500 euro. Quindi ho deciso di non prendere la macchina perché non ne volevano sapere e non gli e fregato niente di lasciarmi a piedi. Ho chiesto il rimborso dei soldi già pagato e mi hanno detto che non mi rimborsano. Felirent siete dei ladri.

Italy | 06 September 2024When arrived and asked for the documentation, I offered the original copy of IDP and driver license. They didn't want to accept giving me the car since the IDP wasn't the original document and just a copy due to us travelling around eruope and not having this issue anywhere since what the IDP is its just an official translation of your license. They said that by company T&Cs, they needed this document in original format. When I asked for them to show me this T&C, it says that the only thing that has to be in original was the driver license and the IDP has to be readable and ready to access in case of an accident. The employees from the office in CATANIA attacked us when we said that they were lying and they couldn't find an excuse for this particular thing. After hours asking for this information we were kicked out since we weren't considered "customers" due to working with discover cars as a broker (great company). We went to Europcars, Avis and multiple agencies and they all accepted our documentation without an issue. Felirent took advantage of it being prebooked with a broker and the company it's so bad that non of the staff members are qualified to work in an agency. The agency runs without Supervisor/Manager (just a dodgy boss they called and talk in Italian) and all complaints can only be done online through email.

Flight was delayed and we arrived 50min late, by the time we got the luggage, we called for the shuttle and they told us that our Booking was canceled because we didn't pick up the car in the hour. Rosa on the phone was EXTREMELY disrespectful... Didn't provide a solution and when we proposed to go to their office and get a NEW reservation she implied that it will be MORE expensive... Milking client till the end... We went back to the airport and rented a car with AVIS... 80€ more expensive than Felirent... 80€ that should have been invested to avoid all that stress and be in contact with non-business minded people....

United Kingdom | 05 September 2024Awful service. 1 hour wait for a shuttle to pick up the car. A half an hour wait to get the car. Charged €10 to have the car cleaned at the end of the use. Given the wrong car. When we dropped the car back they were trying to charge €85 for a small scratch on a hub cap. Avoid, not worth saving a small amount, they’ll find a way to charge you anyways.
