Germany | 30 September 2024Je nachdem auf welcher Plattform ihr ein Auto bei Felirent bucht sind einige, sehr wichtige Infos ziemlich intransparent angegeben. Wir haben über Check24 gebucht - ihr braucht definitiv eine Kreditkarte für die Kaution (AMEX o.Ä.). Felirent gibt auf der Homepage an, dass ihr das auch mit einer gängigen Debit-Karte machen könnt, allerdings zahlt ihr dann eine Gebühr pro Tag! Wenn ihr am Flughafen Mailand Malpensa ankommt, solltet ihr beim Büro anrufen, dann holt euch ein Shuttle ab. Unsere Buchungsbestätigung hatte „Aurumcars“ und Felirent Logos gedruckt, bei Abholung meinte die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter, dass die (beinhaltete) Versicherung nicht gilt, da sie für Aurumcars ist und nicht für Felirent. Meinen Einwänden, dass genau so FR drauf steht wollte sie nicht einsehen (unsere ganze Buchung wäre dann ja hinfällig in meinen Augen aber jut). Gleich zur Aufklärung: Aurumcars ist quasi das Portal von Check24 über das eine Mietwagenbuchung in Italien funktioniert. Also ist ihre Info Humbug, was denke ich darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass Leute verunsichert sind und eine unnütze weitere Versicherung für weitaus mehr Geld buchen obwohl eine vorhanden ist. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass man alles auffällige am Auto mit Fotos dokumentieren soll, macht das auf jeden Fall, dann ist alles gut! (Es stehen erhebliche Schäden idR eh auf dem Übergabebogen, also das ist korrekt). Wir hatten bei der Rückgabe keine Probleme, die Kaution wurde wieder freigegeben. Ich denke, wenn ihr darauf achtet, solltet ihr keine Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Unschlagbar ist der Preis allemal.

Germany | 30 September 2024Mitarbeiterin von Anfang an nicht sehr freundlich. Felirent wirbt damit, dass man ohne Kreditkarte Autos mieten kann, aber wenn man vor Ort (bei uns in Bari) mit Debit Karte mietet, kommt plötzlich ne Gebühr von 380€ dazu, die nicht erstattungsfähig ist, was auf der Internetseite nicht vermerkt ist. Außerdem hatten wir eine Vollkasko Versicherung, weshalb wir vergessen hatten, das Auto von außen und innen zu filmen. Der Tank bei der Übergabe war fast leer und wurde uns übergeben mit den Worten „ist nicht so schlimm, könnt ihr dann einfach auch leer wieder zurückgeben“. Am Tag der Rückgabe heißt es plötzlich, wieso der Tank leer sei und dass das Auto uns ja mit halbvollem Tank übergeben wurde (was offensichtlich nicht der Wahrheit entsprach). Leider hatten wir dummerweise kein Beweisfoto, weshalb wir dann extra nochmal tanken mussten, weil sie das Auto sonst nicht angenommen hätten

Ho riconsegnato la macchina con qualche granello di sabbia dai piedi e nel bagagliaio (come è normale che sia visto che siamo al mare ed in 15 anni è sempre stato così SENZA CHE NESSNUO NEMMENO DICESSE NIENTE VISTO CHE IN 2 MINUTI SI TIRA VIA TUTTO) e con molta professionalità mi hanno addebitato 30€ (il ragazzo della consegna mi aveva accennato un prezzo di 15€). Ho riconsegnato la macchina con più benzina di quella del ritiro, ho anche messo il liquido tergicristallo che non c'era!!Mancanza di professionalità e buon senso al 100%. Comportamento imbarazzante, evitate questi truffatori. Sono in attesa di ricevere rimborso altrimenti vado avanti per via legali, nonostante l'importo ho gli avvocati a casa..mi sono sentito preso per il sedere!!Dò una stella perchè non potevo mettere zero!vergognatevi, schifosi!

J’ai réservé une voiture avec eux, mais à mon arrivée, ils m’ont affirmé que ma carte bancaire n'était pas une carte de crédit internationale, ce qui est totalement faux. Résultat : ils m’ont fait payer le double du montant initial du contrat ! C'est tout simplement une arnaque. Et le pire, je n'étais pas le seul ! D'autres clients vivaient la même situation au même moment, tous coincés et obligés de payer des sommes absurdes. C'est une pratique abusive et répétée. Si vous voulez éviter des mauvaises surprises et des frais cachés, FUYEZ Felirent.

France | 25 September 2024Arnaque totale. J'ai loué par l'intermédiaire de DoYouItaly à Filirent aéroport de palerme. A la prise en charge de la voiture on me demande 260 euros car j'ai une carte de crédit avec la mention débit Plus 100 euros de caution débité. Je rends la voiture comme convenu. La personne de l'agence me dit tout est OK je serais remboursé des 100 euros de caution dans les 36 heures minimum c'était le 9 septembre à ce jour rien sur mon compte bancaire !!! Good car with no damage but be warned that you need to factor in full zero deductable insurance for any rental as they charged me for a tiny rub mark on one wheel. Had no video of the wheels and tyres to check if it was there prior. This would not have been identified as damage anywhere else I have rented. Lucky I had third party zero excess and was able to claim back. The paperwork to do this from Felirent was good so the claim back was no issue. The car was good. The price with insurance from VIP was still reasonable.

Spain | 24 September 2024¡¡NO ALQUILÉIS COCHE CON ESTA EMPRESA!! Le doy una estrella porque es obligatorio para publicar la reseña, si no, no se llevaban ni las gracias. Son unos timadores y unos maleducados increibles. Nos robaron la cartera la semana de antes y llamé para preguntar si la fianza se podía pagar de otro modo (ya que el coche estaba pagado desde junio que lo reservé y era para principios de septiembre) y me dijeron que dando de alta al segundo conductor, podía pagar con su tarjeta la fianza. Tengo la conversación guardada para que me sirviera de soporte por lo que pudiera pasar cuando fui a recoger el coche y ni aun así, me lo quisieron dar. Me dijeron que no podía pagar la fianza de esa forma. Les pedí que me hicieran una reserva nueva de un coche, que ya reclamaría aquella y me dijeron que no les quedaban coches!! Y tenía "mi coche" ahí sin poder llevármelo y no me lo quisieron alquilar de nuevo. Todo esto, mientras se reían entre ellos fumando dentro del stand e ignorándonos. Al final, la broma de contratar a esta gentuza, ha sido gastarme 500€ más en alquilar un coche sobre la marcha con europcar. NUNCA JAMÁS CONTRATÉIS SUS SERVICIOS.

Czech Republic | 24 September 2024Car was clean, everything worked fine. The shutle stop (it is not marked there) is in front of exit 3 aeroport Bari. I recomend to call agency you are waiting there. Only two desks worked. And long que. We was waiting for 3/4 hour. We made the photo of the level of fuel tank. There was cca half. When we return the car, we tanked the petrol on the same level. Nobody from the agency solved it. Everything was smooth.

France | 23 September 2024DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM FELIRENT BARI AIRPORT !!! I had a terrible experience with this car rental agency and if I could, I would give them a zero-star rating. Firstly, be aware that using a debit card will require you to purchase an expensive insurance policy costing around 30€ per day. What was supposed to be a 70€ rental for 5 days ended up costing me 200€ due to this hidden charge. On top of that, they also debited a 300€ deposit. Be aware that this is not just a simple card imprint, and the refund of the deposit may take weeks after the check-in. Secondly, make sure to thoroughly inspect the entire car before driving off, especially the key-lock. I made the mistake of assuming it was working fine since the electronic button on the key opened the car door. However, when I returned the car, they claimed the key-lock was broken and tried to charge me 450€ for the repair. It's very likely it was already broken when I got the car. Interestingly, I stumbled upon another review detailing the exact same situation... They also insisted I fill out a document describing an incident that never happened. I refused and made it clear that I wasn't responsible. I tried reaching out to the customer service of the Bari Airport rental agency to let them know how incredibly disappointed I was with their behavior in this situation. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them, which is quite frustrating. To protect myself from any further charges, I decided to block my credit card so that they can't take any more money from me. I've also contacted my bank insurance to get a refund of the 300€ deposit that was unfairly taken from me.

United States | 23 September 2024La persona que nos atendió no quieres pasar el auto porque su jefe no le contesta, una falta de respeto esta tienda hace como que lo llama y corta al frente de nosotros, teniendo mi licencia de conducir al día y la internacional sacada vía web. El auto ya lo habíamos pagado por vía web y llegando acá no quieren hacer devolución del dinero ! Pésimo servicio no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Italy | 21 September 2024UNA VERA TRUFFA... olbia agosto2024...noleggio auto pagato un mese prima sul sito dove trovi tutte le tariffe ..pago un broker discovercars.com che dopo aver pagato mi mandano tutto il contratto e scopro che auto la dovro' prendere al desk di FELIRENT... su contratto discovercars non dice altro che auto prenotata e nessun limite ..arrivo con un ora e 30 di ritardo causa fermo in aereo per ritardo alle 13.00 rispetto alle previste 11.30 e appena sceso da aereo chiamo al numero indicato su contratto, dopo 30 minuti di telefonate (ho screen shot di tutte le telefonate fatte) sempre occupato riesco a contattarli, la felirent per ritiro auto e mi dicono che dato che sono trascorse 1 ora dal momento indicato per il ritiro l'auto non e´piu disponibile e praticamente dicono arrangiati tu con il broker..e nel mentre io con una bimba di 7 mesi sotto il sole della sardegna di agosto.. praticamente nulla perso soldi e auto e protesto con broker che alla fine non mi risponde piu..questa recensione e´per la pessima FELIRENT e la DISCOVERCARS..conclusione ho dato mandato ai legali… PS: io ho pagato deliverycars e ho ricevuto da loro indicazioni e contratto e sui loro moduli non c’erano vs condizioni! Inoltre aereo e ha fatto ritardo da quando siamo entrati nell’aereo attendendo il decollo! Comunque sentirete presto mio cognome.. e’ una truffa e lo sapete

Flight delayed by 1 hour but we phoned them from the airport to let them know we had arrived and waiting for the shuttle. They also had the flight details. When we arrived at their office they abruptly told us they hired the car to someone else because we were 1 hour late!! No other cars available. They told us to go back to the airport to find another car hire company. Nothing available because of a major event. Now we are stuck in a small village unable to tour around. This company should be shut down!!!

Australia | 21 September 2024Felirent was happy to pick us up from the airport and then tell us that as we were more than 60 minutes late from our stated pickup time (despite us stating the Flight number which was delayed) that we no longer had a booking and nothing they could do about it. They did take us back to the airport where no hire cars were available. Essentially stranding us at our apartment which was not on a major public transport route. I would avoid this company at all costs and definitely not use Economy Car Rentals who are just as conniving and despicable.

Unfortunately I was charged 322 euro at the office before getting the car to get their own insrance, more than twice as much that we paid for the car rental. Was told that I will get 100 euro back in refund and when I checked we only got 39 euro back without any explanation! I emailed them back waiting for a reply!!! Actually they replied back on whats app that thwy took administrative fees of 61 euro since there was a scratch on one of the mirrors. So what did I pay the 37 euro daily insuranve for? Never had such a bad experience with Car rentals before. This is pure day light robbery. Avoid renting from FELIRENT. Complete disaster

Arrived at Milan Malpensa airport, company representative nowhere to be seen (NB they don’t have an actual branch at the airport so you’re reliant on them driving you to their office) and would not pick up the phone. When we finally got through, unfriendly representative told us they cancelled our booking - aka they stole our money and refused to give us our paid for car. Their excuse was that we were too late. However, they had the flight number so would’ve known about the 45 minute delay of our flight that was clearly beyond our control. On the phone they played games throughout, blaming all sorts of absurd reasons for why this is all beyond their control and they can’t just give us our car. Mind boggling that they get away with this shameful scheme.

Italy | 20 September 2024Ho noleggiato un’auto con Felirenr per le vacanze in Sardegna - aeroporto Alghero: - auto consegnata in ritardo, la spia del controllo pressione gomme si è accesa dopo 30 km il ritiro. Una delle ruote era palesemente sgonfia. - no liquido tergicristalli - ho pagato 200 euro non preventivati per pagare con debit card - non ci sono praticamente operatori disponibili, all’andata solo uno e al ritorno alle 18 nessuno per la riconsegna. Fuori dalla sede c’erano 15 turisti americani ad aspettare da 3 ore che qualcuno si palesasse. - la macchina è stata consegnata sporca e puzzolente perché l’auto lavaggio era fuori servizio - al ritiro nessun operatore ha fatto un check della macchina, per cui ho passato mezz’ora a fare video e foto ad ogni graffio presente Il malcontento delle persone è così forte che all’interno dello store un cartello dice: per favore, anche se siete arrabbiati non prendetevela con gli operatori
