SCAM, please avoid. If your flight is delayed and you don’t collect your car by an hour of booking time, they give away your car and force you to pay €270 for a new one.

Awful experience with these people. We booked an automatic car for 6 days from Bari but when we arrived they wouldn’t give us the car because the primary contact/booker didn’t have a physical credit card and they wouldn’t accept an Apple Pay card, photo of original card that the original booking was made on OR a credit card from one of the other group members. Then when we cancelled our previous booking to re-book under one of our other group members physical card they told us they didn’t have any automatic cars available?!!! The original car we had booked was literally sitting in the parking lot but they couldn’t give it to us due to internal management. Makes zero sense. Wouldn’t let us speak to a manager. Bootleg set-up. Unfriendly staff.

SCAMMERS! They keep your deposit without justification and don't answer back calls emails or messages. Also they gave me the car with an empty gas tank and empty windshield washer fluid

Esperienza molto positiva, ho avuto la fortuna di ritirare un auto nuova. Al di là di questo è stato tutto molto semplice e veloce grande cortesia e competenza del personale. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio ancora più speciale!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car rental company. I was charged additional fees without any prior notification or clear explanation. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. The staff only spoke Italian, making communication very difficult for non-Italian speakers. This significantly hindered my ability to address any issues. There was no formal confirmation of my check-in and check-out. This left me feeling uncertain and anxious about the status of my rental. They require you to take photos of the car at check-in and then compare them at check-out. However, there is no proper traceability or documentation of these photos, leading to disputes and potential unfair charges. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this car rental company to anyone due to their lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall unprofessionalism !

Uns wurde eine Radkappe in Rechnung gestellt die vorher schon kaputt war! So kommt man auch zu Geld! Und scheinbar macht Felirent das mit ganz vielen so wie ich hier lese!Alte Vorschäden immer wieder bberechnen.Wir mieten schon ca 15 Jahre Autos in Lamezia aber sowas ist uns noch nie passiert so eine Abzocke!!!! Und eins weiß ich nie wieder Felirent!!!!

No recomendaría a nadie esta compañía por estos motivos: -estuvimos esperando al menos 30 minutos a que nos recogieran en el aeropuerto (su oficina está a 10min en coche) -alquilamos 2 coches diferentes, uno más caro que otro porque queriamos que fuera un poquito más grande para viajar más personas. Nos dieron el mismo modelo de coche para las 2 reservas. No protestamos porque después de 45minutos de espera y gestiones, no queriamos perder más tiempo. -Nos hicieron pagar 110€ en daños por los pequeños rasguños que vieron en la llanta. -La camioneta que nos tenía que trasladar de nuevo al aeropuerto, nos hizo de nuevo esperar y llegó con un señor fumando en su interior.

Ho affittato un’auto a Roma x una settimana, al momento della consegna l’addetto mi ha fatto notare che mancava un po’ di benzina (1,50 euro) ma nessun problema me li avrebbero addebitati , fin qui tutto ok. Al momento dell’addebito sulla cc ho notato che era di 26,50 € (25 penale e 1,50 benzina) … l’addetto avrebbe potuto dirlo e avrei fatto rabbocco. Filirent pessimi

The most unpleasant and unprofessional service. I rented the car from Rome Termini and all went good. Upon return there was a lady with strange attitude - when I asked my security deposit to be returned she threatened me and started to call police, later told me that they will do it automatically and many many strange things. The final is that she told me that this is company policy and if not convenient I should have not rented from them. Anyway they are not replying to mails and calls for already a week and security deposit is not returned as of today. Finally today they picked up the call and instead of listening me all ended with unpleasant and bullying words. Terrible service and definitely will NOT recommend anybody to use their services!!!! Never wrote a review in my life but have no choice that warn others not to do the same mistake!!!

Ich habe das Auto in Bari vom 18.-28.Mai 2024 bei felirent gemietet. Bei Abholung des Mietautos funktionierte scheinbar meine visacard nicht (angeblich falsche pin?!), und ich musste daher die maximale Versicherung abschließen, obwohl ich online schon einen Vollkasko- Versicherung bezahlt hatte. 3 Tage vor Rückgabe hatte ich einen Reifenschaden. Man sagte mir, ich solle mit dem Ersatzreifen nach Bari (150km!) fahren, um dort den Reifen zu wechseln. Es gäbe keine andere Möglichkeit. Der Ersatzreifen aber ist kleiner und schmaler und man sollte damit nur zum nächsten Mechaniker fahren. Nach mehren Telefonaten, die nichts brachten, ließ ich den Reifen dann für 80 Euro Vorort wechseln. Bei Rückgabe ersetzte man mir diese Kosten trotz meiner erzwungenen „Gold-Versicherung“ nicht, im Gegenteil, ich musste noch 120 Euro für die „Unannehmlichkeiten“ zahlen, also die Kontrolle des neuen Reifens. Neben mir waren Kunden, die auch 150 Euro zahlen mussten, weil die Felgenkappe kleine Gebrauchsstreifen aufwies und ein anderer Kunde musste, wie ich, die „Gold Versicherung“ abschließen, weil seine visacard angeblich nicht lesbar war. Ein Schalk, wer dabei Böses denkt! Also ich werde nie wieder bei felirent buchen und kann nur warnen.

Na terugkomst van onze vakantie in zuid Italië is er een groot bedrag van onze creditcard afgeschreven. Bij controle blijken de gegevens niet te kloppen en is het duidelijk dat er een administratieve fout bij felirent gemaakt te zijn. Diesel inplaats van Benzine getankt in een periode dat wij de auto al hadden ingeleverd. Wij hebben helaas nog steeds niet het bedrag teruggestort gekregen.

Estafadores seriales Alquilamos el coche con 3 semanas de anticipación y corroboramos en los términos y condiciones que se pudiera pagar con tarjeta de débito. Al llegar al lugar (a 1km del aeropuerto y aislado de todo) nos dijeron que solo era posible con tarjeta de crédito y que la única alternativa ERA PAGAR EL DOBLE. Lo mismo le ocurrió a una mujer que teníamos al lado. La situación fue muy desagradable y hostil. No teníamos ese dinero y estábamos muy alejados del aeropuerto. Desaconsejamos 100% esta empresa.

Auto, servizio e prezzi nella norma. Però al ritorno abbiamo trovato un addebito imprevisto sulla carta di credito di 20€ (oltre al blocco di 700€ per il quale la carta era stata fornita al banco). Al momento del blocco, al banco non era stato comunicato (tantomeno concordato, né autorizzato) alcunché su ulteriori addebiti. Contattata telefonicamente l'agenzia (Cagliari), la risposta, vaga, è stata che si trattava del costo di lavaggio auto; fatto notare che l'addebito risale alla data di ritiro e non a quella di consegna, quindi incompatibile con il lavaggio, ci è stato "borbottato" qualcos'altro collegato al blocco. NB: è inutile che rispondiate con la formuletta "scriveteci o contattateci", perché abbiamo già provato, senza mai avere risposta, a telefonare, a inviare mail, e financo a inviare pec, per conoscere almeno il motivo dell'addebito. A buon intenditor...

The office in MXP airport is terrible, More ugly is that they literly charged me 961Euros for "damage" that was estimated by different garages as 150Euros as max. . SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. AVOID THEM.
