Abbiamo prenotato e pagato il noleggio di un auto a Palermo tramite un broker. Gli orari di ritiro e riconsegna auto erano ben specificati. Felirent ci ha obbligato a pagare altri 97,60€ perchè nell'orario accordato l'ufficio era ancora chiuso. Bravi un bel guadagno! Vi consiglio di prendere un autonoleggio che è veramente in aeroporto non come questo che ti fa solo credere di esserlo.

Our plane arrived with 1 hour delay, we went immediately to the Felirent office where we had to wait outside and after more than 1 hour the Felirent agent came to tell us that our car has been given to another customer. We had to inform them about our delay, which is quite difficult when you are on a plane. The clerk was rude and wanted to quickly fob us off. Finally he could only give us a dirty car, with a non-functioning control panel, also a car which was smaller than the category we paid for. We have rented more than 15 times cars at Alghero airport, but never experienced such a bad service. Never again Felirent for us.

Cagliari FeliRent same experience as another reviewer. Gave me a car not full in fuel (which was not as per agreement) told me to return it like that. Returned it with more fuel, as it was not easy to refuel the same exact amount. After returning the car they told me not to sign anything and that I will receive the closing contract by email. Then they send you an additional cleaning cost, which is nonsense cause I always clean the car before returning it. Also contacted them about this issue but they never reply. Pay attention for this scam.

Worst experience ever. Although I have full insurance from discovercar.com, they forced me to cancel it and buy one from them which was more expensive. The car was dirty, and they charged me €10 for cleaning. Rude staff; when I complained about the service and treatment, they were off and cursed. I’ll never rent from them again.

ATTENZIONE ALLA TRUFFA: dopo aver consegnato l'auto, e aver ricevuto conferma che TUTTO era in ordine dalla persona di Felirent al parcheggio del 3o piano, e dopo la sua conferma che NON ERA necessario passare per l'ufficio per la firma della consegna dell'auto, ci addebitano 20 euro per la pulizia dell'auto per la POLVERE all'interno..la POLVERE.. chiamando per chiedere spiegazioni la risposta è stata " a Cagliari funziona così..". Otiimo lo stratagemma di dire di non passare al desk per chiudere il contratto, così possono addebitare costi inventati dopo la consegna dell'auto. Allego foto dello "sporco" per il quale è stata caricata la pulizia extra.. Oltretutto questo è stato come mi hanno ripagato per aver accettta una macchina incidentata, dove la carrozzeria posteriore era ancora completamente danneggiata (allego foto della macchina alla consegna). Che dire, grande trattamento da parte di questi pronti all'assalto alla diligenza quando arrivano i turisti, è questa la sardegna che meritiamo?!

Tenía un vehículo alquilado el pasado 9 de Julio para recogerlo en Olbia. Cuando fui a pagar mi cuota por el alquiler, me dijeron que además que tenía que pagar un depósito de 100 euros como fianza por el combustible, y que cuando entregará el vehículo si el combustible estaba en las mismas condiciones que en la recogida (lleno) me devolverían el depósito. He intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos varias veces vía WhatsApp, e-mail... Todas las formas que he tenido a mi disposición, y solo puedo decir que el trato ha sido LAMENTABLE. NO ME RESPONDEN, no me contestan, no hacen el mínimo interés de contactar conmigo cuando en repetidas y repetidas ocasiones he intentado contactar con ellos para saber cuándo me devolverían dicho depósito. Solo puedo decir que me siento engañado y que se han quedado con mi dinero.

We have recently hired a car with felirent in Milan malpense and their service has be outstanding!!! No issue collecting the car nor handing it back. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Best service within the area as my friends hired their vehicle with another service provided and they have been treated really bad. do not go anywhere else but to felirent.

Di questa azienda solo note positive! Efficienza, puntualità in aeroporto, estrema gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Macchina bella, nuova, pulita. L'accoglienza... Come essere arrivati a casa. Lo consiglio! Grazie

Update: asked to contact via email but no response after a few days. Are they even serious about customer service? Please do not ask me to reach out if there is no real intent about providing support. Outdated polices, backdated company with poor customer service. Singapore no longer issues a physical driving license as part of digitalisation. We rented a car and showed our official driving license + physical international driving permit. They insisted our license is fake and penalised us the full car payment. What are we to do when that is our only official license. We were on our honeymoon and the lady was extremely nasty. She refused to listen and even refused to allow us to call for consular services to justify. We were left stranded on our honeymoon and made to pay for a car we did not get. Singaporeans please avoid at all costs, they do not recognise our driving license.

Péssimo serviço. Meu voo atrasou uma hora de Roma para Cagliari no dia 25/07/2024 liguei para o funcionário a informar o atraso cheguei ao aeroporto liguei para o funcionário para me explicar onde ficava o Office nem inglês sabia falar tava já doido a procura que pedi ajuda ao funcionário para se encontrar comigo disse que não podia sempre cheguei onde o funcionário depois de uma hora a espera me informa que cheguei depois da hora e que não tinha carro para mim nem dinheiro que já tinha pago no fim das contas ele riu-se de mim a minha esposa e filha e eu fui para a rua sem solução péssimo funcionário e companhia perdi tudo. ALTAMENTE NÃO RECOMENDÁVEL

I was harassed by the manager at felirent into paying 979$ for the little dent on the windshield. I was taken advantage of , couldn’t even properly communicate with them because I was very sick from Covid and was in the hospital the day before returning a car. And they knew I was flying back home right after that. They told me they have to change the whole windshield because of the little dent and they cannot charge me for little dent because it’s not the system!! And when I asked for my deposit refund they said system is not working! Still haven’t heard from them. No sign of the deposit refund. They said they cannot charge me from my deposit and they charged me 979$ separately. Very nice and polite when picking up the car but opposite when dropping off.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DIDNT RETURN THE DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. WE HAVE IT ALL DOCUMENTED. THIS IS SCAM, BEWARE, DON'T BOOK WITH THEM, THEY ARE CRIMINALS. WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEM THEY DON'T PICK UP AND BLOCK YOU.

Je rends la voiture en temps et en heure avec plus d'essence qu'àu départ j'ai un débit de 15.01 euros aucune facture envoyée et on ne sait pas ce que c'est même bspauto n'arrive pas a avoir un retour j'ai fait 3 mails a customercare ....aucune réponse je vais faire opposition à la banque ps if you want to assist me send me an email with your explanation about 15.01 euros taken my contract was ELM100 495

risultano come autonoleggio in aereoporto..in realtà sono a circa 15 minuti..viene una navetta x portare i clienti all autonoleggio..il problema è che non hanno il drop x le chiavi vosi se uno ha l aereo prima delle 8 o dopo le 20...deve pagare una tassa di quasi 98 euro in più....non è corretto scoprire tutto questo solo dopo che uno è arrivato con l aereo..

When we arrived to pick up the car that we paid for through a 3rd party they would not let us take the car unless we paid them an extra £400 because we didn't have a credit card. We were charged £90 extra for a child seat which was alos prepaid through the 3rd party.The staff were very rude about this and were willing to leave us stranded in the middle of nowhere with a 3 year old at 8pm unless we paid this. When we first got in the car I took a picture of the fuel gauge as the tank didn't come full. Apon returning the car I filled it upto the line where we got the car. They said it was full when they handed over. I showed them the picture of the gauge and they said I took this at a later date and made me go fill the car up or we couldn't get the shuttle bus back to the airport. TO TOP IT ALL OFF! 6 weeks since we have been in Italy I have noticed on 2 occasions they have taking £35 from my bank?? I have tried getting in touch with them but there has been no response! Avoid these people at all costs!! We loved Italy and the people but this experience put a real downer on our trip since the moment we arrived!

Honestly, the worst rental experience I had in my life! First of all, the office is not located at the airport itself, but almost 10 minutes away. They offer the shuttle service, but you have to wait for it outside. In our case it was almost 40 degress and we had to wait with 2 babys. In addition to that after the shuttle came, all of us couldnt fit their, so I had to go to the office alone, get the car and then come back (I had to pay to enter the airport). Their office is extremely hot and they work very slow! Returning the car was even worse! They tried to make us pay for the scratch that was there before (fortunately I made a video of that on the first day) and secondly they didnt want to accept the car, because the fuel level was not "acceptable", even if we got the car with almost empty tank as well (unfortunately I forgot to make a photo of that). Additionally I want to mention that they worked extremely slow and we almost missed our flight because of them! The car itself was good though, thats why I am not giving them the lowest score possible. In conclusion, I would strongly suggest you not to rent the car from them, but if you do, plan a lot of time to get / return the car and make a lot of photos / videos before you start your ride (especially the outside of the car and fuel level).

When arriving at Verona airport with a booking for 8pm, we called the rental company 'Felirent' who did not answer the phone as it was just after the office closing time. In the agreement it stated that the car would be available the next morning so we paid 200E to stay in a hotel next to the rental company to comply with the request on the document. I walked into the the rental company at 9AM to be told that because we did not get the car yesterday that the booking has been cancelled. Not only did this ruin the holiday but we then had to also book a new rental car. The staff acted like they couldn't care I had a crying baby and just wanted commission on new rentals. Then a lady came in who I believe was the manager basically just told us to leave. Horrendous and ruined the holiday.

Awful!!!! Felirent Bari was awful since the beginning. When we arrived to the airport at Bari, it was 3pm and 40 degree, they told us to wait for the van at a waiting point (it was in the sun). It took them 35 mins to come. We call during this time (maybe we could wait inside?!!!), they didnt even reply. By the way, the place is ten minutes from the airport. When we arrived to the place, they told us they didnt have the model of car we have booked (we paid extra for it). They gave us a fiat panda, according to them it was a “superior” class. They said they give us the car with the gas tank full, but it was empty. We noticed, told the guy and made a photo. He said it was ok, just return it the same… At last but not least, when we came back to return the car. We didnt have any crash or touch with the car!!! They told us there was a new damage in the wheel. They showed us a photo of the car before, that DIDNT show the wheel, and told us we must pay. (I regret we were fool when we took the car we didnt make pictures of every detail). Also, they told us the tank was not full. Of course!! As we told them when we took the car. They told us to show a photo or pay the difference!!! By luck we had it, but if not??! They even checked the time (hours and minutes) of the photo to be sure (make sure we wouldnt get the tank empty in 2 minutes…) Incredible. After that, I asked for a reclamation file, but they DIDNT have at the place, only online. I am still trying to fill it online, because, surprise, the link is not working. After that, we spend there 50 mins, we were very nervous because of the time of the flight. He were really rude and impolite (this was since the beginning). They doesnt want to speak with you in English, they kept trying to speak to us in italian that we dont understand. Only english for the minimum needed. I higly disrecommend its services, specially if you want to avoid a bad experience at your holiday.
