ho prenotato e pagato un auto tramite BSP-auto.com a Palermo con orari di ritiro e riconsegna auto specificati. Felirent mi ha obbligato a pagare altri 97,60€ perchè nell'orario specificato l'ufficio era ancora chiuso. SEMBRA UNA TRUFFA ORGANIZZATA per fregare chi come me prenota un volo al mattino presto per risparmiare sul volo. Quando ho riconsegnato l'auto il loro autista mi ha detto che quella mattina aveva già ricevuto 7 auto fuori orario. Bravi un bel guadagno!

So easy from start to finish! On arrival at Milan bergamo I phoned felirent, within 20mins they picked us up and took us to get the car. The car was in good condition - I took videos at the start and end just in case. The car was so cheap to rent and hybrid so super fuel economic, drove all over lake Garda and Verona and only spent £45 in petrol! On return I took the car back, they took us quickly to the airport and within 12 hours i recieved my full deposit back!

It’s at really bad company in Italy. They say that We Will get out depositions back in 5 working days but We havent get ut back yet. It’s like 12 days ago. We Have call like 5 times but now one help us. We Will keep fiting but they Have No servicemind at all.

Agenzia di Cagliari aeroporto - Ottima cordialità, puntuali nel servizio navetta da e per aeroporto. Auto in ordine, pulita e bellissima. Noleggio sia in ritiro che in riconsegna avvenuto in orari di ufficio quindi immagino molto agevolato rispetto ad altri orari.

Mai più ho prenotato per una cifra per essere più sicuro ho aggiunto protezione totale, al momento del ritiro mi anno accolto il casco totale praticamente dovevo pagare il doppio ho rifiutato(Brindisi)

Absolutely shocking. The office is nowhere near Verona airport and you have to guess where a rep will pick you. We waited 90 minutes in the blistering heat to be picked up. Then took to an office in a residential area and took another 90 minutes to fill in paperwork (in between the rep popping out for a cigarette). We were then told that there would be no one available to take us back to the airport when we dropped it off a week later as our flight was too early. Also told that no chance of getting taxi leaving us with no choice but to cut short our holiday by one day and drop it back early so we could book a room at airport hotel. Mickey Mouse Company at best. Truly dreadful. Pay more and go with a reputable company is my advice. Never ever again.

We had great experience renting from Felirent. Car was perfect, transfers were quick and smooth, had no issues what so ever. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will rent from them again next time we are in beautiful Sardinia . Thank you :)

BETRUG Ich habe erfahren, das ich ein Kunde dieses Unternehmens bin erst in dem Moment, als ich bei einem anderen Anbieter bezahlt habe (wie es sich herausgestellt war es ein Vermittler) Dieses No-Name Unternehmen hat sich eine Reihe der Regeln ausgedacht, die nichts mit lokalen rechtlichen Bestimmungen zu tun haben. Dieses wird benutzt um dein Geld abzuziehen ohne Service zu leisten. Die liegen NICHT unmittelbar im Flughafen wie es beworben wird - du wirst irgendwo in ein Industriegebiet mit einem Bus gefahren und da wird dir in eine sehr unfreundliche Weise erklärt, nach welchem Punkt deren selbsterdachten Regeln du kein Auto bekommen kannst ohne das bereits bezahltes Geld zurück zu bekommen. Als ich nach eine schriftliche Bestätigung der Situation gefragt habe, wurde es mir erklärt, das "der Drucker funktioniert nicht". Echt erbärmlich... Am Endeffekt stehst du in Ausland mitten in Garnichts ohne dein Geld und ohne dem Auto. Als Pluspunkt - wir waren nicht ausgeraubt - dies hätte ich nicht ausgeschlossen, ausgehend von netten Ortschaft wohin wir gebracht wurden. Der Vermittler (DoYouItaly) war auch in dieser Situation nicht hilfreich - die Betrüger scheinen zusammen zu arbeiten.

Después de haber devuelto hace un mes me hacen 2 cargos de 42 euros en mi tarjeta con la excusa de la gestión de 2 multas , le digo que me envíen una copia de las multas por correo electrónico para comprobar que es verdad y después de 1 semana aún estoy esperando, por no hablar de cuando fui a devolver el coche y quería que arregláramos algunos golpes que ya tenía el coche con el seguro a todo riesgo

Everything from the start seemed good with Felirent. We were picked up on time, car pick up process was fairly quick, the man who was serving us was polite, spoke decent English, which in Italy is hard to find (no offence but Italians speak poor English) and he even gave us some tips with what roads to avoid etc. But the problem we have is that we rented the car in APRIL, now is SEPTEMBER, it’s been 5 months and our deposit of €500 hasn’t been returned even though we emailed them multiple times to all the different emails we could find online and on the paperwork we had, still no reply! On top of that, they’ve just charged our AmEx with £36.65 out of the blue! This is absolutely outrageous, the audacity out of this world! You better return our money (although at this point it’s not as much about the money but the principle of being a decent human being) or I will slap you with a subpoena.

Fuyez !!!!! Préférez voyager à pied plutôt que de passer par ces loueurs. La mauvaise foi est leur qualité numéro un, viennent ensuite l'incompétence et le manque de sympathie. Attention, si vous arrivez pour récupérer la voiture 1' en retard (vous avez un délai d'1h après l'heure indiquée dans votre réservation (!!!!) c'est indiqué sous "horaires d'ouverture"...) : votre réservation est tout bêtement annulée, sans tentative de vous joindre pour savoir le pourquoi du comment... Et le must? On vous raccroche au nez. En 20 ans de voyage, du jamais vu ! Shame on you !!!

Coche de categoría inferior a la que pagas. Gestión de contratos nefasta, hay que rogarles que te lo envíen al wasap, por si te para la policia. Coche con luces de avería en el salpicadero, tuve que volver a cambiarlo. Estafa cuando lo entregué, porque se inventaron unos daños que ya tenía el coche, se quedaron con la fianza, y no pude hacer nada, porque perdía el avión. Una VERGUENZA..Cuando os den el coche, hacer un video con los daños si no queréis que os timen.

Consiglio vivamente questa società di noleggio, seria, professionale, disponibile, onesta e gentile. I prezzi veramente convenienti. Mi hanno dato un auto nuova, accessoriata bene, consegnata pulita. Tutto perfetto fino alla fine, la cauzione data avanti riconsegnata dopo pochi giorni. Che dire, sarà il mio punto di riferimento in futuro ogni qual volta dovrò noleggiare. Cauzione di 300 non ancora restituita.

Esperienza negativa ….. foriamo gomma auto e scopriamo che la macchina non è stata assicurata per soccorso stradale nonostante il contratto di noleggio lo prevedesse gratuitamente e nello stesso era evidenziato il numero verde da chiamare. Abbiamo contattato immediatamente agenzia di noleggio che ad un certo punto ha anche messo in dubbio che facessimo percorso corretto. Solo dopo ns numerose telefonate e insistenze hanno provato a chiamare anche loro direttamente il nr verde presente nel contratto che ha confermato assenza del servizio per quella targa . Dopo ulteriori nostre insistenze, anche un po’ scocciati ci hanno fornito ulteriore contatto: assicurazione rca auto per verificare se il soccorso stradale fosse stato stipulato con loro…. E naturalmente non c’era….richiamiamo agenzia noleggio e ci dicono che stanno provvedendo ma devono aspettare apertura uffici direzione (per chiedere al responsabile) che apre solo giorno successivo …morale della favola 2 giorni di vacanza senza auto, trasporto al gommista a nostre spese oltre al disagi subiti per inconveniente non causato da noi… ad oggi ancora non sappiamo se la copertura è stata stipulata. In fase di riconsegna ci saremmo aspettati uno sconto o almeno le scuse per il disagio …naturalmente non c’è stato. Se si noleggia auto e si paga è perché si vuole viaggiare tranquilli senza problemi e non avere rogne. Se invece che per una foratura dello pneumatico avremmo dovuto chiedere intervento per qualcosa di più grave?come avremmo dovuto fare ? Assenza totale di sicurezza ….Dovevamo ripartire per cui non abbiamo voluto perdere altro tempo. Di certo Mai più Ferilent.
