Car was great. Faultless from start to end. I’m giving a 1 star as we had to fight for our deposit to be returned. They were very hard to contact once we came back to the UK. We had to start a Section 75 proceeding with our credit card provider. Deposit back nearly 2 months after the holiday to Sicily. If you go Felirent be very mindful, they don’t give you your deposit back.

Good experience. We had a little incident with the car and they helped us to get the refund from the insurance company. We recommend this company to anyone who searches for car rental opportunities. We also recommend everybody to choose an all risk insurance, since the roads can be challenging in Sicily.

The car was brand new and bigger than the one I had chosen. No additional costs were applied.
