Mi hanno consegnato una macchina superiore a quella da me richiesta per non disponibilità della stessa facendomi pagare, comunque, quanto pattuito per quella non disponibile. Ottima comunicazione con gli operatori che compilano i contratti . Alla consegna dell'auto ho ricevuto un documento che permette di rintracciare facilmente il sito dell'autonoleggio tramite cellulare al rientro. L'autovettura da me ricevuta è risultata ottima in tutto compreso nella pulizia. L'agenzia, essendo in un sito distante dall'aeroporto, ha un buona navetta per il trasferimento gratuito dalla stessa all'aeroporto di Brindisi e viceversa. Se avrò bisogno di un altro noleggio penso di contattare nuovamente questa agenzia.

i reserved a car with ensurance via a 3ed party company. when i arrived at felirent they said that because i made the reservation with debit card i have the ensurance doesnt count and i must make ensurance directly witht them because its not a credit card. i payed another ~ 200 euros for 5 days. when i called them to ask if i can prlong for another 2.5 days the cost they tolkd was more expenisve then i payed for 5 days. somehting about 330 euros for a seat ibiza . I DONT RECOMMAND their serivice

Metto una stella ma ne meriterebbero zero. ci hanno addebitato spese per un ipotetico graffio che avremmo fatto noi alla macchina presa a noleggio in zona della stazione centrale di milano. ce lo contestano però 2 gg dopo la riconsegna. ho contattato pure il customercare che non ha mai risposto alle mie mail. vergognosi. mai più.

Do NOT use this company. They are highly inefficient and should be rebranded "Rent a Dent!". We arrived at Palermo, Sicily, airport at 10am and we waited an hour for their shuttle. Once we got to their depot at 11:00 we waited until 16:30 for our pre-ordered car. We were far from the only customers waiting for long periods. It seemed to be the norm. They did not seem to know the difference between manual and automatic cars. Most of the cars they issued to customers had major dents. They were more interested in inspecting closely returning cars for damage than they were for the cars they were issuing. Customers are required to clean the cars before returning them or they are hit with excessive cleaning fees. After 3 hours of driving the loss of tyre pressure warning light came on. No puncture, but all 4 tyres were well under-inflated and obviously not checked before issue. We requested a refund of one days rental as compensation for losing a day of our holiday sitting around their office, but nothing given. We have contacted their office since and, surprise, surprise not received a reply. This is a firm of cowboys! DO NOT USE THIS HIRE CAR COMPANY!

Il servizio è stato buono, l'auto era nuova e non si sono verificati inconvenienti, avendo tra l'altro fatto la polizza full kasko. Il "pieno" che ti lasciano all'inizio non è proprio pieno, e questo è purtroppo un piccolo balzello comune a molte compagnie di noleggio. Ma in linea di massima sono seri, abbiamo noleggiato con loro più volte e in definitiva l'esperienza è stata positiva.
