This is the greatest thing I have ever purchased. Set it up the minute it got delivered. Hung out all day and stayed the night in it completely bug free and comfortable. And the next day continued to enjoy hanging around in it. And when the thunderstorms rolled in I just threw the rain fly on and staked everything out and stayed completely dry. This is a truly well thought out product. Every little feature on it is clever and multipurpose. I would recommend anyone thinking about purchasing this to absolutely think no further and pull the trigger.

Completely Disappointed. I ordered the Safari Bundle with extras ($1,100) on a Thursday afternoon. On Friday I E-mailed Tentsile support to confirm shipping. Four days later on Monday, I still had not received a response. So, on Monday afternoon, I called and talked to a woman named Melissa. See was friendly and assured me my order was going to ship that day. The next day on Tuesday afternoon I received a phone call from the head of USA sales informing me thier shipment from Europe did not arrive. See said it would be a week till thier next shipment and a week after that till I received my order in the mail. I was completely disappointed, so I cancelled my order. I wish that I had gotten the customer service others had gotten. Not sure if I'll every reorder from them again after this experience.

Great customer service, very helpful and polite. Able to answer questions and even gave me a discount code to use during checkout. Was pleasantly surprised to find some custom made eye covers for sleeping packed with my order, nice touch. Love the Flight+ that I purchased, very well made and comes with everything needed to be setup. With videos and the manual, was quick to figure out how to setup and adjust.

Tentsile is a great company, with great quality equipment. I love the Flite+ I bought and will be upgrading as the kids get old enough to camp in the future.

Have spent over $1000 on tensile products and after 4 years of using the stingray tent. I've gotten 5 different people to get one for themselves. Absolutely my favorite tent. Would recommend these tents to anyone that loves to be comfortable and dry while camping.
