This is not a car from the showroom or sales staff but having been purchasing BMWs for 20 years now from a sales team so when i say the experience was the same positive one. Really pleased with the simple emails. The follow up calls and the progress updates. Delivery was a breeze, they took my needs very seriously. We agreed a delivery date and it arrived on time and very well protected. I cannot fault my experience of using this type of Work EV scheme and the team at Partridge BMW. United Kingdom | 16 May 2023Took delivery of my i4 on March 24th. It came in a dirty wet condition which I can live with but was surprised to find out the car had come direct from the docks without having any checks done by the garage. I was told the delivery had been delayed a day from 23rd March for BMW to do some checks. The Sat Nav and weather app. etc. has never worked so I contacted Partridge who agreed to send me a USB so I could download the maps. That did not work so we agreed to try once more in case it was a fault on the USB. That came a week later and didn't work either. I contacted them to ask if they could organise the car to go into a local garage as Partridge is over 4 hours from me. That was over 3 weeks ago and still not had a reply. I called my local BMW garage to try and book it in but they were less than interested and said I needed to return it to the providing garage! I have had 2 Mercedes, 3 Audis and a Land Rover since my last BMW all ALL of them were better in terms of customer care. Once this car goes I will never have another BMW. Nearly 2 months in and still no closer to having the car faults rectified

United Kingdom | 16 May 2023Bought a used 118i. The car was very clean and looking like new. Found a tear in the rear seat, which was repaired and you wouldn't know that there was any damage. Love the car and Nick looked after us throughout the purchasing experience. There was never any pressure or haste and we felt very comfortable in the sale. Managed to obtain a higher return elsewhere for my Audi than was offered from Partridges but that's the way it is. So would recommend ensuring you are happy with the part ex offer.

From order to delivery the service was great and Stephanie, who handled delivery of my vehicle, made sure I was promptly updated and informed me as to the steps to activate BMW charging and how it worked. Delivery driver made sure I was happy with everything and that I was fully informed to the car's systems. 10/10
