Stephanie at Partridge BMW great. Generally find service across the country with BMW is overall excellent. My only disappointment when received my previous (X2) and recent delivery the 2 Series, both cars has not arrived in showroom condition on delivery. The final touch / quality of valet which is key has failed and needs to be reviewed as appears not to be a one off. Vehicle build and quality otherwise exceeded expectations.

I recently received my BMW i40 M50 which is a company car. Really helpful on delivery and a great car. I've had some issues charging it at home though which Izabela has kindly gone through and provided me with a load of potential fixes.
