I was in the market for a used M4 and called in to look at a stock vehicle. Nick Oliver was the salesman who looked after my enquiry. Although the car he had in stock wasn't exactly what I was looking for he was more than happy to let me test drive it to get a feel for the car. The test drive was as long as I wanted it to be on a mixture of roads and he even let me drive to my house to make sure it would fit in my garage. I've done many test drives where the sales person wants you back at the showroom as quickly as possible but Nick was more than happy to let me get a real feel for the car. I eventually found a car at another dealership that matched the spec that I was looking for but I would have much preferred doing business with Nick as he wasn't pushy, he was accommodating and had excellent product knowledge, nice guy who I'd definitely endorse.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Izabela. She has always kept me updated and really went above and beyond arranging a delivery for one of my customers . I would highly recommend lzabela.

This is my time buying an approved used BMW. Partridge BMW had for sale the exact spec car I was looking for and so I went their premises to have a look at it. It was perfect. Colour, spec and it also had 24 months warranty thrown in aswell. Raj was the first man on the scene and I had a great chat with him about the car and was soon taking out for a test drive. Fantastic! I’m going to buy this. Arrived back at Partridge BMW. Raj was fantastic, he helped arrange some finance through BMW and gave me a good price for my old Audi, and he had a sale. My parents were with me at the time and Raj made them feel very welcome and relaxed. The arrived to go and pick up my new (new to me) first BMW. All went amazing with Raj he explained about the warranty and BMW own recovery that I had. Thankyou Raj. On the way home I had stopped to get fuel and I paid and got back to the car. Wouldn’t start! I tried a few times and alas no go. So called Raj on the phone and he couldn’t have been more apologetic and flabbergasted why this was happening. He arranged the BMW recovery for me and so I then waited for them. They arrived and had a look at the car and they weren’t sure why the car wouldn’t start either. I then waited for their large recovery truck to come and pick the car up before taking it to Worthing BMW who was closer to where I live. Mmm so this wasn’t the good start I was hoping for. But to add insult to injury, as the car was being loaded onto the lorry it was noticed there was a screw in one of the tyres. The following day Raj had organised through my BMW a courtesy car which was dropped off at my home at the time of my choosing which was great so I didn’t have to leave work early. Even though all this had happened and sure, I was a bit miffed about it, the response from Raj I couldn’t fault. He called twice daily letting me know updates and was very sincere. After a couple of days of BMW head scratching I had a call that my car was all fixed. Bloody excellent!! What had happened was the previous owner had fitted an aftermarket “Ghost” Immobiliser. Well it lived up to its name. It definitely worked. BMW offered to remove it but I have kept it for the amount of proof it gave me of it working. But before I got my car back Raj had arranged to have a pair of new tyres fitted to the car because of the screw and as a gesture of good will from Partridge BMW to say sorry for what happened. Which I was also very thankful for. I have been driving the car faultlessly the past few weeks and I love it. Thank-you Raj for being there mate your a legend! Thankyou also all at Partridge BMW for everything you did for me in that situation with my first Beemer. Would deffo recommend these guys. So it all worked out great 👍 in the end.
