My son wanted to upgrade his current car to a BMW. I contacted Partridge and from the first point of contact their communication was excellent. We identified a car we were interested in and from that moment Andrew Smith organised initially a test drive with Alice and then an excellent consultation with my son to understand his needs and primarily what he could afford. Today we agreed a PCP deal and for me it’s probably up there with the best customer service and understanding customer needs I have experience. Large dealership BUT personal touch. I recently took my BMW in to Partridges for a recall and service. The whole process was made very easy for me and they could not have been more accommodating. I initially spoke to Nick about getting my car booked in at a convenient time and he really went above and beyond to ensure that I wasn’t inconvenienced. On the day, i was greeted by Nick who took my key to download my cars details and offered me a drink before passing me over to be looked after by Jenny who was very professional and friendly, she talked me through the plan with the car and checked if there was anything else that they needed to be aware of / check. Then once the car was ready Jenny called me and talked me through the work that had been undertaken and the findings from the vehicle check so that I could be confident that my car was all sorted. Would I use them again…. Absolutely!

Since first contacting BMW Partridge, I have been so impressed. The ease in which to contact them is a breath of fresh air; the responsiveness is second to none and updates are reliably frequent. I must add a special mention for Abbie Goodchild, the Senior Corporate Relationship Executive. She has provided me with all required information and even above and beyond advice. If you are considering a new car, make sure it's a BMW from Partridge.

Nick Oliver is an asset to the sales team at Partridge! He first called me in May to let me know it might be worth changing my 1 series for a new one. Since our first chat he has been consistently friendly and helpful. He has great attention to detail and remembered everything I told him! I collected my brand new 1 series on Sunday from Nick and I can’t thank him enough. He is great and when either my partner or I need to change our cars again we will be asking for Nick!
