They installed tracking device on an M4 in rush based on quick conversation over the phone without any signatures. I did not inspect the car at all. When I decided to walk away they charged me £399 for tracker installation. When I wasn’t sure if I’m taking the vehicle at all before inspection on site. I’ll aware as many people as I can to be careful with them!

United Kingdom | 28 December 2023BMW 840iCoupe Had difficulty for two-three days transferring deposit as bank details given on my invoice did not match for bank transfer eventually sorted however lack of regular communication from Kacey Wilson service delivery co ordinate meant I was chasing this up. Once car delivered all went smoothly enough. However when my husband experienced difficulty downloading the app he visited Douglas Park BMW Kyle st Glasgow car showroom main dealer for advice on this but was shocked at the lack of support they informed him no one available to help. I informed Stacey Morley Senior Corporate relationship executive who I expected to follow this up and get back to me but she did not. She was apologetic this was our experience however I was further disappointed by Stephanie who then informed me at 7pm and said I needed to Down load BMW app before midnight to qualify for a fifty pounds voucher. This had not been mentioned at time of purchase of the vehicle and no details of voucher allocation. Overall the after sales service disappointing I have not been contacted by BMW to offer 50 pounds voucher. Lynne Taylor
