Nick, who did the hand over, went above and beyond to make the whole collection experience a very special occasion for my wife. Andrew (sales manger) made the buying process very easy too. This was the second vehicle we have purchased from Partridge, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

United Kingdom | 09 March 2024Car in for service, pretty straight forward and as expected. All those I came in contact with were lovely. Concierge and Service advisor were all very polite and kept me updated throughout the day. really impressed with video feedback on car. Sadly, less impressed on where my car was parked when i picked it up. It was either wedged in between two cars by the parking attendant, or someone just abandoned a dead Mini there. Accessing from either the drivers or passenger side was impossible (for me.) It took a bit of time to locate someone from Partridge Mini. Fortunately, they were half my size and were able to carefully get in and draw my car out. Thank you for your help. In addition to this I found oily marks on the white leather, not impressed with that either, nor am I with the nil response from Partridge following an email I've sent. Hence 2 stars. 13/03/2024 - Service Manager has made contact and was very apologetic for errors made. Offered to collect car to have have marks removed. Admitted that its far from the service they expect their customers to receive. Goodwill gesture accepted. Score amended to reflect resolution.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2024Recently sent my M550 in to Partridge for a break fluid service. Pre-booked the service 10 days in advance and dropped the car in at 8.30am on the day. By 3.30pm i.e 7 hours later, I'd heard nothing. Called the dealership to be told that the service advisor was unavailable and would call back. Received no call back after calling 5 times to get an update. Eventually went to dealership in the hope that the service was complete.

United Kingdom | 22 February 2024Nick Oliver has been excellent to deal with. The car purchased was delivered to Scotland efficiently this week and is immaculate. Nick went out of his way to enable the deal to happen. Despite a previous attempt to purchase the same car from the dealer, Nick was able to maintain contact with me and negotiate a deal which worked for both parties. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick.

Her colleague Zdenek Kalok has been instrumental in resolving some issues I had with the BMW Charging Account (part of the new expetience of owning an electric vehicle).
