The car turned out to have a few issues ( not the dealers fault ) which could not be rectified, so all parties agreed to return and replace. This is not an easy process, but thanks to Andrew Smith it was seamless. Andy sourced me a perfect X3 all turned around in 2 weeks. I will be back soon for my company vehicle 👌🏼

This time, concluding in late September, was by far the best experience of buying a new car that we have ever had. Nick Oliver handled the process from start to finish and was exemplary throughout, keeping us informed of all developments. And the actual handover was superb with all the set-ups and links to smartphones overseen by Nick. Overall, wholeheartedly recommend.

When choosing a model with colours in and out, Adrian, Alex and Marius were awesome from the start. Alex is competent, efficient and very professional and then Izabela came on board who has been wonderfully personable, methodical and extremely reliable. The whole team are super knowledgeable which is what you need when you are looking at leasing an expensive beautiful car. Adrian and his team are the epitome of what customer service should be in the car industry, making you feel like a VIP during the whole process from start to finish. You couldn't get a team of more honest, authentic, well-informed and professional people, such a pleasurable experience! Once again I am a very happy customer, I would give 10 stars if I could!

United Kingdom | 04 October 2023My car was called in for a recall. After completion and collection, a drivetrain warning message appeared. They fixed a issue, which they were adamant would resolve the problem. However after fixing that issue, I were made aware of a major fault. I decided to collect the car, as the quote they had given me to fix this new fault was ridiculously high, especially since they could not guarantee that, that would fix the car. It would be a process of elimination at my expense. They refused to take any responsibility for the car ending up in the condition that it was now in, and blamed me for this new fault because I hadn’t used them in the past for previous services. The reason I stopped using them is because in the past they have quoted me for work that wasn’t required. After receiving a quote from them, I chose to get a second option from BMW Snows (part of the BMW family) who told me only the brake pads needed changing. Since then I have never trusted them and find that they are always trying to upsell. I ended up paying a quarter of what they had quoted. It seems they enjoy overcharging and taking advantage of customers. I made arrangements to collect the car and was told it would be bought to the front for me to collect. After waiting for over 25 minutes, I was informed that the car couldn’t be bought to the front unless ‘they pushed it!!!’ In a matter of weeks of leaving it with them the fault had become so severe, that they were unwilling to start the car! What annoyed me was that they should have mentioned this before I came to collect it. I don’t know what they expected me to do…’push it home??’ What is concerning, had they bought it to the front, they had no qualms about me driving it away!!! I find it very difficult to believe that so much damage can happen in such a short time, on their premises and in their possession. They cannot get away from the fact that the car was in a safe drivable condition when we drove it in for the recall. I had experienced NO issues until after the recall. Instead of helping us, they are penalising us for using someone else in the past In the end I have had to PAY to have the car recovered to another garage. A recovery truck actually had to collect it. I also received a letter about the recall, which stated should the following warnings come up, one which was a drivetrain message. I was contact them. It seems that they were aware that this could happen following a recall. After further inspection, I was informed that the debris left behind during the recall had caused the problem, and BMW are meant to be the specialists! Cannot believe they have made it no longer safe to drive!!!!

I have always received great customer service from beginning to end and this time was no exception. Nick Oliver was efficient and knowledgeable and kept me informed at all stages from choosing my new car to handover. I was particularly impressed with the transfer of information via the app so the whole process was easy and seamless. I also love the fact that when the car is serviced they send an inspection video of the underside of the car - interesting to see this and great attention to detail! Definitely a happy customer and would highly recommend this dealership.
