Price was less than big-name competitors, service was flexible (change made to my order without fuss) and delivery was on-time (one-hour timeslot provided).

I have just purchased a leaf blower from tool-net and the delivery and price were spot on. the blower arrived in good condition and all items were present. After assembly I tried the blower out and very pleased with the performance and it works as described ion the wed site. I am vert happy with thed purchase and would use tool net again.

We bought Paslode Brads andTrend Drill and Counter sink bits. Prices very competitive. Delivery was delayed one day but that was communicated so no problem..

Ordered a couple of Stihl Kombi items, process of ordering on-line was easy and I am pleased with the items. I had to collect the items, which wasn't a problem, but knowing what was happening after the order and when the items would be ready wasn't smooth. The process of ordering on-line and then having to collect was OK (for me) but the communication and explanation of what happens from tool-net was poor. Anyway I have the tools, they were fully assembled when I collected them and so far they are working very well. I am pleased.

Placed an order with Tool-Net on the 17-10-2016 through there website. Receive a reply e-mail to say that they had received my order and the payment, it also included my invoice for the goods I had bought. Since then I have heard nothing from them, I have e-mail them on Two occasion No Response. I have phoned them on Two occasion the phone rings and rings then it goes to answer machine, that tell you to email customer service which I have done, getting no response. To Anyone thinking of placing an order, I would proceed with CAUTION. Any company that has taken an order from you, and the payment. But when you then try to contact this company to make inquires regarding your order, and they do not reply to your e-mails or you are unable to get through on the phone, it bad news.

I've used Tool-net a couple of times now and am very happy with their service. My latest purchase was a top brand dehumidifier (a Which? recommended product) that Tool-net was selling for the cheapest price on the internet. In addition, the delivery time-scale was impressively swift with the delivery company giving me a one hour delivery slot - very impressive.
