I buy practicaly all our machines and tools for my landscaping company and always find Tool.net to be consistantly the best price.

I always compare prices online before buying and Tool-net consistently come up trumps. The site is easy to use and descriptions are detailed enabling an informed decision. I haven't needed to contact them by phone but they respond quickly to e-mails. I would recommend Tool-net to anyone looking for top quality items and first class service.

After searching the Internet for some rhino delta roof bars (2 bar system) I came across tool-net who had the most competitive price of all. I received the delivery after 3 days (3-5 days stated on order), everything was present & correct and all in perfect condition. First time I have used this company but will definitely be using them again.

Ordered my Clarke generator after searching through the net for prices. Toolnet were by far the cheapest. Generator arrived quickly and well packaged. Can't really ask for more than that. Postage to the Highlands was reasonable as well.

Purchased an item on the 4th October for £120.61 and this amount was invoiced and taken from my Credit card on that day. I have received NO emails regarding the increase in price but noticed it when I went into my Tool.net account that the price had increased by almost £30. I have tried ringing constantly for the last 2 hours and on the 3 occasions I got through they have cut me off. I have sent an email and surprise NO response READ all negative comments this is not the first time this has happened and is a scam and shows a dishonest company. If this company does not honor the price I shall cancel the order and go elsewhere. It will be interesting to see how long a refund will take after seeing a lot of the other comments it suggests a Company with FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. Have just had response a load of woffle about Terms & conditions. Rang Axminster Tools phone answered within seconds, far better Trust Pilot review, have ordered item from them.

From the time I placed my order to the time it arrived I was kept informed of every step, the customer services is second to none, prices are competitive and very reasonable, delivery is fast and hassle free. Because of the hugely positive experience I had, I have no hesitation in recommending tool-net to anyone or leaving them a 5 star rating, will definitely be using them again.

I placed an order with Toolnet, only to find that when delivered it was faulty. (not toolnets fault) but trying to get a replacement took a week before I gave up and asked for my money back. That has become a series of excuses and avoidances. I would recommend you avoid toolnet unless you are happy to put up with poor service.

I ordered a bench sander on a Saturday and was told that it would be up to 6 days before I would receive it as I live in Northern Ireland, the thing was I received their delivery on the Wednesday. Will be using again. Joseph Forbes

placed my order for a clark sander, paid the required postage costs at the checkout stage only to be emailed the next day and informed that i have to pay a further £50 to cover the shipping as the item was to heavy, i don't live in a rural location either, very disappointed i asked for a full refund as they are cheaper on other sites i was then informed the the accounts department were very busy and it would take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed , the item was not cheap at £236.00 so i reported this so called company to paypal who are dealing with it, the call handler was dismayed ad eager to help recoup my monies

Company still has not refunded my order that I cancelled on Aug 31st. . The reason that I cancelled the order was that Tool-net charges delivery for each item ordered. Screwfix were cheaper once delivery was factored in. Will not be using this company in the future.

I received my third order from Tool-Net today (a Clarke dehumidifier) it arrived on time with no issues and as with other order had the best price I could find. Due to a technical fault on their site I did have a problem trying to make payment on my first. But I received good communication from them regarding that issue and with subsequent orders. I bought a set of Beta swivel head T bar sockets. Tool- net were one of a very small number who could supply, and the price was circa 50% of list. Delivery was 48hours. What's not to like? Only the laborious way of signing up to find out where the order is! Anyway, Tool-net responded to my email in less than 24 hours.
