Ordered a screw gun and dry wall screws. Was told it would arrive on the 28th August, didn't arrive until 6th September. The order was missed due to 'human error' which derailed a weekends worth of work and had to cancel several jobs. No refund of postage, just got given a £5 off next purchase, which is about 5% of my order price. The voucher was also for 'valued customers' - I assume this was more for people leaving good reviews. My complaint was handled poorly by the staff, I was not informed about it being late, when I called to ask they didnt even know it had not been sent. I had to call back twice after no response and it was not even sent until the following day. Safe to say that £5 voucher is useless.

I have been doing research on some air tools for the restoration of my car. I found that after comparing to MachineMart that the prices at Tool-Net were considerable cheaper for the same products. In one order of air tools I save over £50!! Fast deliver and great prices. I had to call to confirm some sanding disks and the sales staff were great!

I have ordered from Tool-net many times. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of products very good. As I live fairly locally, they have been supportive in me picking up good from Sheffield Park to avoid shipping costs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tool-Net. Andrew

I ordered a ladder online but when it was delivered it didn't match the description or images on the website, apparently the manufacturer had changed the design but the website hadn't been updated. Customer services took a week to arrange collection and I had to wait in for two days for it to eventually be collected. Now over a fortnight later I'm still chasing my refund.

avoid this company they show the products in stock take your money estimate 3-5 days for delivery after 5 days you try and call but the number just goes to a voice mail saying to email 2days later they email to say no we should have told you they are back order and it will be 4 weeks but we didn't we have an alternative its just £200 more asked for refund still waiting!!! I would use toolmart instead AVOID THIS COMPANY

easy to deal with the majority of the time - watch out for their postal costs! placed order and paid relevant postage stated then had a call as had to pay and extra fee as the parcel was heavier than stated - apparently, by then they had already taken payment for items and part of postage so didn't really have a choice!

Website promised delivery 3-5 days so I emailed my disappointment when it took 3 days to ship. Communication was good however and courier delivered on day 4 so my initial concerns were premature. Good prices and reliable supplier provided you are organised enough to work a week in advance.

I ordered a set of Beta Hex Keys (cost approx £100) from Tool-Net. They were shipped promptly and arrived within the timeframe they gave. Items were packaged fairly well. I cant really fault Tool Net for anything really. I thought that the service/support might be lacking as their pricing is very cheap but have been very impressed. Highly recommended!

Found the item I was looking for online and the best price was with tool-net. Placed my order in good faith with no indication that there was any issue with stock to fill my order. 2days later I received an email telling me they actually had no stock of my items and I would have to wait until the following week for them to be received into the warehouse but the would then send them by next day delivery. At this time I was in no rush and so not only agreed to wait but actually increased the number of the item I had ordered as well as indicate this could lead to a substantial future order for more of the same. After the end of the week I was supposed to have got my order I had received no goods and no communication from tool-net and now time was fast approaching when I needed the items to do a job for a client. I emailed tool-net asking what was going on and it took a further 2 days to get a reply saying that there had been further delays and I would have to wait a further 7-10 days. I told them that in that time I would not only have lost that job but also jeopardised a potential larger one. I asked that they cancel the order immediately and refund payment. The next day I received an email from a different sales agent stating the goods were still delayed for which they apologised ......WHAT!!!! I already cancelled and had ordered elsewhere and emailed them once again stating so and requesting a refund yet again. I ordered the same item from another more reliable supplier at 3pm and received them at 8am next morning now that is what I call service that leads to more orders. Low and behold the next day the person I had emailed telling them to cancel and asked for a refund telephoned me saying the goods had now unexpectedly arrived into their warehouse sooner and would I like them to send them out? WHAT? NO! You don't get to mess me about for 2 weeks and then send me goods I already bought elsewhere and I do not give service like this a second chance to mess me around again.

Ordered from a online tool company was informed I would have to wait 2 weeks , looked on tool net site and clamps where delivered in 2 days very happy with packing and will definitely use tool net again
