I was trying to find some accessories for a Bosch belt sander and Tool-Net were one of the few online retailers to sell all the items I wanted. Price was in-line with what I expected to pay and although the delivery was a couple of days later than originally communicated, Tool-Net did email me to inform me that this was going to be the case. Generally I was pleased with both the level of communication and the price. I will try them again in future.

Have used a few times and had the usual part order because some thing were out of stock. This time though will be the last time I use these people. When I placed my order I was aware that the item was 30kg but nothing during the ordering process informed me of the delivery cost. When I looked at my order later on the same day I discovered the cost of delivery was taking the price over what I could have got the item for elsewhere so I cancelled the order using their contact us process and phoned them at start of business the next morning. I was informed that they had been trying to contact me to inform me of the cost but were unable to do so. (Didn't stop them taking the money though) They said my refund would take up to 5 working days. (Now this is for over £300 so I can't order it anywhere else until I get my refund) After day 6 I phoned to find out why but could not get through as they were too busy. I e_mailed again and was told it would be in my account within 48 hours. 3 days later, Still nothing put into my account and got a mail this morning to say that it had been done and no explanation. Needles to say I will not be using again despite the wholly inadequate £5 voucher they say they are giving me. Just give me my money back. I just read the reply given below. Nice to know that all the problems I had were my fault and nothing to do with your process of taking the money before I agreed to the delivery cost.
