Ordered strimmer on Thursday before Easter, so was not expecting it any time soon. Got email to say delivery scheduled for Tuesday, with on-screen app to see how many drops driver had before me. Perfect. And price was the best I could find, too.

I placed an order with Tool-Net.co.uk on 16th March with a 3-5 day delivery. Not only was it delivered on time but I also received updated emails with the final one advising a specific delivery time and only 1 hour duration. Will happily use this service again.

Firstly, had a question which was answered promptly. More promptly than from the manufacturer who still hasn't got back to me. Secondly, the product was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Thirdly, the product arrived with a great, communicative delivery service which meant that I didn't miss it. Altogether fantastic and would definitely use again.

Really clear and well laid out website that offers a great range of products. The cheapest supplier that I could find on the internet of the products I was looking for (a mixture of clamps). Whilst the additional delivery charge appears slightly more expensive than competitors, they clearly outline why they charge an additional fee over adding the delivery cost into each product. As the products were a lot cheaper than alternative websites the postage cost was ok. A varying level of postage costs would be better as I would be more willing to purchase smaller/lower cost items as and when I needed them - as opposed to waiting for a larger order. Very fast delivery and regular email updates when the order was dispatched etc. Overall I'm very happy with the products, price and service provided.

I had a mix up with the postage costs because I selected the wrong option. However this was quickly resolved by Toolnet and they offered to waive postage. The Hyundai mower I purchased was the best price I could find: it arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged to prevent transit damage.

Was looking for a certain size of torx key that I tend to go through a lot of in my job. Usually I end up buying a full set for one key but tool net were selling them separately for an unbelievably low price. I bought quite a few as well as a few other things I had no intention of buying until I saw the prices. Although the delivery was not the quickest they kept me fully informed of my orders status. Will definitely use again

My husband wanted a new drill. He picked out which he wanted and then I search the net to find the cheapest one, Tool-net were at least £20 cheaper than anyone else. Postage a bit more than average at £6.99, but it is sent by courier which gives you peace if mind; and the fact that it is so much cheaper means it doesn't matter. Got a message that it will be delivered today - so hopefully everything will be OK

My first dealings with Tool.NET and I am very impressed. I live in west London but was purchasing a vintage car in north Wales and needed some key tools to take on a rally there and for the journey home afterwards. My internet research found all the tools I needed at Tool.NET at the most competitive prices. Their web-site was straightforward and the tools were duly ordered. Unfortunately the delivery company mis-routed my large, heavy parcel but Tool.NET were right onto the problem; their helpful staff got in touch with me swiftly and chased up the delivery. My tools arrived in good time for the rally and I was very impressed with their quality – 2 out of 3 items qualified for Auto Express top awards.
