I ordered on 1 march they say 3-5 delivery it now 7 march and i still have not received my order

Service and prices are amazing. I needed a new step-ladder with 8 steps and actually been working using a smaller step-ladder as the RRP cost was not within my price range. Then I found Tool-Net. The price was less than half the RRP. I spent another 20 minutes checking other suppliers sites just in case it was one of those Items where everyone sells it at the same low price and it was not. They could not be beaten on price and I will now visit Tool-Net first and use again to save time and more money in the future.

Ordered a Clarke retractable air hose reel. Product was a good price versus machine mart and was delivered with 7 days from ordering. Heavy item so packaging was suitably robust. Would use tool-net again.

I ordered the above as I found them to be the cheapest. Unfortunately, delivery took a long time. It was only after four weeks of waiting for my order, I sent an email and then found out that the items were out of stock and were due in very shortly and that as soon as they received them they would be sent to me. The refills came in but because the unit was still out of stock I was still waiting. After another quick email, customer services said they would send out the refills by next day delivery and when they received the unit it will be sent out straight away. I received an email today to say that the device will be in stock in a few days and apologised for the delay. Customer service is good after the slight problem I had but it could be better if I was kept more informed from the beginning. Would defo use again.

Excellent website to view items, which are clearly laid out and easy to search for. Once I ordered delivery was prompt and good communication to keep me updated on progress. The website is great value and one I will be very happy to use again! I'll certainly be back to tool-net for supplies as well as recommend to friends, families and colleagues. Good job Tool Net!

Supply a selection of tools that I personally couldn't find available, let alone at tool-nets costs, anywhere else online. The prices are very competitive, even when taking into account the delivery costs which aren't embedded into the price of the item itself. Delivery was well within 3-5 day estimate and was could be tracked using the UK mail website.

I have now shopped with tool-net three times, each time I have found they had the best deal on the internet. I tend to visit as many websites as possible when looking to buy a product to find best deals regarding both price and delivery options. I was looking to buy some woodworking tools and on three separate occasions tool-net offered the best deal anywhere, and on each visit I was able to navigate easily through there website fairly quickly. Orders arrived on time and I was kept informed by e-mail, of the progress of my order . I therefore rate them five stars for a great all-round buying experience.JD

Ordered the Triton T20CH 20V Combi Hammer, having researched the Triton brand on-line. www . tritontools . com / en-US Fantastic quality build, far better than my old Dewalt Combi. I would say the build and quality of the drill is right up there with Makita. With Samsung Batteries, Tough Mabuchi motor, this drill is more than capable; all at a fantastic Tool-Net price. Tool-net service was excellent ; Communications from [Name] was spot-on. Delivery and packaging was speedy and highly protective. Will most definitely be using Tool-net again for kit.

I ordered the leather holsters and there was a delay with dispatch. Tool-Net got in touch straight away to let me know and as soon as they came into their warehouse, had them straight out to me on a next day delivery service. Very happy with their customer service and will certainly use again

. . . so far, so great. When buying power tools has become a simple matter of price-checking, postage options and confirmed delivery times, my experience with TOOL-NET has been extremely positive. They are always there or there-abouts for best value and the two DeWalt purchases have arrived quickly, on time and well packaged. I have recommended them to friends and family.

Ordered a 18v makita led torch. Really happy with the product I received, was well packed and sent out next working day. There was a slight stocking delay but no fault of tool-net the delay was the suppliers end but I was quickly informed and was given the option to continue with the order or cancel, I was in no rush so opted to continue.

I purchased 2 tins of specialist paint. They took 8 days and several emails to finally get the items to me and when they did finally arrived one of the tins was battered. I may have saved a few quid on the price, but it put my job back by a week.

I purchased a Clarke CMD300 Milling Drilling Machine, which was a very strong machine for the price, although I have not fully tested it yet. Regarding the price, Tool Net were the cheapest I could find, in most cases £70 less that everyone else selling this product. Because of the weight of the machine, I had to ring up to get a quote for the delivery, and I found the staff to be most efficient and friendly. The only criticism I have is that once I had paid for the extra delivery charge, it took four days to dispatch my item and a further two days to deliver it, which was just outside of the estimated date range for the delivery, however as I was not in an urgent need for the machine this did not effect me. I would certainly recommend Tool Nett to my friends and I will purchase of them again.
