First time I've used the site. The prices attracted me initially. You'll struggle to find another supplier who can beat them. My order was placed over the holiday period so I had to wait until they returned to process the order. They kept me informed all the way. I ordered10 items, two were out of stock. They contacted me straight away giving me the option to change the items. The order was shipped when they said and delivered overnight. Great service at a price that will struggle to be beaten.

Tool net has a very large range of good quality products and materials at very competitive prices. Delivery is not the quickest so you do need to plan ahead but they usually let you know when things are out of stock from suppliers or on back order.

placed an order all OK .then received e mail delivery charge increased when i had a choice shouldn't the system select the correct charge. had to pay extra over phone then 2 days later sorry 1item out of stock.( not when I ordered it) . rest will be sent . day later parcel arrives missing not just the backorder but another crucial part of the order. the order was for a present and they were aware of this total mess up by company and no compensation for their mistake . cheap prices but expensive phone calls 0845 blaming someone else rather than checking themselves and informing customers let them find out the hard way.

Purchased a Silverline chasing tool, was best price available on the net for the item. (£68.51) Item arrived quickly, excellent communication via email as to delivery date, despatch/delivery notices. Upon delivery, checked item - everything was as I would expect, perfect :) Have even used the item to embed some electrical cables in a wall, did an awesome job to.

I was in the market for a drill press and router,whilst browsing for deals i could find either the router at one site but not the drill press or vice versa. in the end i came across Tool-Net what luck they had both items i wanted and at a good price and and a saving on postage as ordered both together. They emailed me to confirm and the delivery firm they use emailed me to give me a indicated time (14:40 to 15:40) and the day it would be delivered, all in all a pleasant experience, good price and quick delivery with a good selection of stock. will be ordering again.

As I live 10 miles from the nearest town I tend to do my shopping on the internet. When I put in details of what I want for DIY tools in the search engine, invariably TOOL-NET shows as the most competitive company for what I require. Whilst the standard delivery of £6-99 for items up to 30Kg is OK but it can be a little expensive for the smaller items. This is compensated by the item usually being the cheapest on the internet. My only gripe as such is the delivery time. The standard delivery quote is 3-5 working days. On my 1st order with TOOL-NET the time was nearly twice the quoted time. So as long as your not in a hurry for your item your OK. Communications by Email on shipping/tracking was excellent. Some reviewers have stated having problems with returns, exchanges & dialogue with the company. As yet, I have had no such problems and so cannot comment on this. Whilst the Website could be improved, my overall my experience with TOOL-NET has been good and I will always consider them for future orders.

I bought some forestry masks from Tool-net and the quality of the product was better than anticipated. It was quick and easy to order. Delivery was a little slow but Christmas was in the way so feel it would be unfair to criticise them for this!

Always apprehensive with a first time internet purchase and, delighted to say that my experience was a good one. That is, good value for money and the delivery was on time. One item which could be improved viz, please advise the name of the delivery agent and that the precise date and time will be communicated by them. I was not aware that I would be told the time of the delivery slot until the day before. Though delighted with this, the company is denying itself both new customers and praise for a higher level of service by not advertising the same. Strongly recommended.

This was my first purchase from Tool Net after perusing many different ‘shops’ via google shopping. What initially caught my eye was the price – they were noticeably cheaper than some of the more publicly known sites like Screwfix. I had to make sure that the price i was looking at matched the specific product I needed, after my initial scepticism Tool Net was the best price by far. I placed the order and within a week my purchased arrived, no fuss and no hassle – I will be ordering from them again without any hesitation this time. I have placed my first order with Tool-Net and it was trouble free despite being so close to Xmas it arrived correct and on time with UKMail within a 1 hour time slot. I had used this site before but the price for the mitre saw I needed was the best price even including the £6.99 delivery. I will be using them again looking through the site at other items I regularly buy their prices are great.
