Wide range of products, prices more competitive elsewhere...delivery additional, and you pay a premium for faster delivery. We were sent £20 loyalty vouchure but the small print states you must spend £30 ex delivery to be eligible; website accepted the order but spent hours trying to resolve it with Customer Services - be prepared for answer machine asking you to email. The sad thing is that instead of improving their performance and stop the hidden small print, they are simply happy to excuse their behaviour...see their response to us. That simply shows the poor attitude of the company

Was not in stock with another company so looked up a plinth heater on this website and found this item at a lower price. Superb communication and quick delivery.

First order with tool-net. Needed a number of infrared heaters and saw them at tool-net at half the price offered elsewhere so decision was based fully on price. They arrived in two days, as expected, well packaged, which was just as well as the boxes had been slightly damaged at the corners en route. After installing the heaters and a few minutes use, two of the bulbs blew and as these bulbs were £30 each I sent off a quick email to the company. This was at the weekend and at a few minutes after 9:00am Monday morning, I had a reply to clarify some details, a couple of days later I had two replacement bulbs. Great communication and excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a whole bunch of items, all apparently in stock according to their website. I always order stuff that's in stock, as I don't want to be waiting. Anyway, as it transpired, a few items were out of stock, and hence my order was delayed. But rather than email/call me to tell me this, they just left me hanging. I had to chase them, which was a real pain. The first time I spoke with them, they said the items would be available for despatch in two days. I chased them again two days later, only to find the items were still not in stock. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. I won't use them again, unless desperation strikes. After all, they can solve these problems easily by having a website which reflects actual stock levels, simple!

i have just come across the website Tool-net.co.uk and have just received my first order from this website the price was very competative and i am very happy with the products received and will be using tool net again.

I've now ordered twice from tool-net and have been very impressed. The prices are great and this time one order was out of stock but the customer service was excellent and they sent out an alternative very quickly. I will be using them again soon and have recommended to others.
