ordered a marshalltown plastering trowel monday morning, it arrived friday, was told if i left a note it would be put in blue bin, it wasnt, so had a note there stating i was away over the weekend, the girl on the order desk seemed incompetent.. the trowel itself when collected from the sorting office was badly packed... would not use toolnet again.. usually when tools are ordered from my usual supplier 9 they were out of stock on this trowel ) they arrive next day...

Although on the surface quite pricey, the Ladder Safety Device Staging System is an extremely versatile high quality product which whilst additionally requiring a couple of ladders, enables easy and quick access to soffits and fascias particularly where the ground is unsuitable for a tower. I spent a long time looking for a solution to access to my soffits and fascias and now I’ve found it I’m going to save myself a small fortune in contractor, tower and scaffold hire costs. And I’ll be able to work at height without my wife worrying whether I will be coming in for dinner in one piece.

I bought a Clarke 160tm Mig welder from TOOL-NET they had the lowest price around. The delivery time was quick and they replied quickly and courteously to my questions. We are a professional Blacksmiths forge and was on the lookout for a complete set of grinders for our workshop. I was about to order them from our normal supplier and thought I would type the model number of the grinder into google just to check the price. Tool-net were a company we had heard of before if I am honest, and we had certainly not used them before, but just that 5 minutes search on google and clicking the link to tool-net.co.uk saved us about £130 on the eight tools we ordered which was extremely pleasing. I just placed my first order with Tool-Net for some CEL tools, they had the best range I could find with prices that were very competitive. I normally use Screwfix or Toolstation as I have both close to my home. The Tool-Net order arrived when promised (5 days). For low cost items I would still use my normal suppliers due to shipping cost but for purchases over about £50 I will now make sure I check here as well as the range is much much better
