I ordered the compressor on the basis it would be deliver within 5 working days, it was 12 days before it arrived with three cancelled deliveries in between. So it costed me about 4 days of waiting around for a delivery. Finally it came and it didn't work. My conclusion is that even though it was cheaper than machine mart, with machine mart i would have had the item on day 1 instead of day 12 and if it had not have worked it could have been exchanged on the same day. Also machine mart gives extra parts with the item such as the airpipes etc. So for the sake of saving £20 with tool-net I lost a few hundred pounds plus in the cost of my time. Always remember to factor in the cost of your time and the fact that you may well have to wait for one delivery after another with tool.net and also because it has come by courier there is more likely to be issues with the item and then you may well have to spend even more time returning it back again. Following all of this I then arranged for the item to be returned as it was faulty. After staying in all day until 7.30pm they didnt turn up yet again. So Tool-Net wasted yet another day of my time for nothing.

I ordered a Carke Sliding Compound Mitre Saw from Tool-net the response to the order was immediate even at 10.30 pm. The price was the best of any on the net or anywhere else. I shall definitely use this company again.

I unfortunately ordered the incorrect voltage on a DE WALT plunge saw for my husband. Tool-net were nothing but helpful in taking the item back and sending me a replacement. Order number 476685- Clarke Sash Clamps. I found Tool-net after my usual supplier didn't have anything suitable and I'm so glad I stumbled across them. I've placed 2 orders with Tool-Net and each time been really impressed- The last order was for sash clamps- a pair of 72" clamps came in at less than a single 42" clamp from other places. As my business expands I'll be upgrading/ replacing tools and have already looked into what tool-net have to offer- EVERYTHING is cheaper here and there is a much greater choice. If i am forced to make one small criticism it would be that dispatch is slightly slow- that said it's much faster than a lot of places and i have only used the cheapest 'standard' delivery option- if in a rush you can choose next day. Customer service is excellent and replies to emails come quickly. Genuinely impressed by tool-net!!!

I bought wrong item, contacted tool-net, they sorted everything for me straightaway. No messing. To be honest they chased me up to sort out my mistake. I wish tesco's would do the same with my wife's broken phone on contract. Drill bit sharpener works well it gives you the correct sharpening angle for each bit and its easy to use. Great price on Tool Net only one issue the stone wheel seem's to be made of a quite soft compound and I am not sure if you can replace these items.But it save's you a fortune in drill bit costs for a little outlay. I would recommend this product

I received an item that had not been correctly manufactured. I reported the problem to tool-net on the Friday.They collected the item on the Monday and delivered the replacement on the Tuesday.They were courteous and very efficient.what more does one want?

Bought power tool from tool-net. Initial delivery took longer than im used to although I did have to rescedule due to missing first delivery. I award tool net 4 stars due to a long delivery as I could see no provision on website for next day. I would recommend to a friend .
