I was looking for fine grid sanding discs (600 and 1200) and Tool-Net was the only online shop I found offering them in a good price and quantities needed. While browsing their website I also found Everbuild 2-part wood filer for amazingly good price. I gave 4 stars overall because discs were dispached 4 days after placing an order and the delivery cost is a bit high comparing to many other shops I'm buying from online. On the final note, Tool-Net website is easy to navigate, has very wide variety of products and good customer service. So, I placed another order.

Well what can I say about Tool-net... went back to them again for a specific item and once again best price I could find on the internet, but more important excellent delivery service, well packed, delivered within a few days and kept informed of my order and given a delivery window which was great... Will use again...

Ordered 3 products had to chase twice eventually they delivered two of the products had to chase for third just been informed that it is on back order although on their site it still showing as in stock, no idea when they are going to deliver Have offered me in compensation £5 voucher should and I quote I can use if I purchase from them again!!!

Tool-Net's price on Everbuild wood filler tempted me to use a product I'd not tried before. Rock hard filler at a great price. I would have liked the delivery to be a bit faster.

I recently purchased a compressor and found their service to be very good. Their prices are competitive and the delivery time is good.

I needed to drum fans urgently - as it was late in the day, I called to see what was possible. Tool Net were extremely helpfully and arranged a next day service at a reasonable price. When you combine this level of service with great pricing, what more can you ask for. Incidentally, the fans (Sealey GVF20S) are brilliant, well made and have made a massive difference to our training area (Martial Arts Studio). I'm going to be ordering another one to complete the job.

They have the cheapest prices on the internet for most of the paints we have needed whilst doing up our house. We had a bit of a problem with delivery but they said the courier company lost the parcel so it wasn't really their fault. Good service and communication though.
