I ordered a range of Bosch L-Boxxes, including some special items that they did not have in stock. Tool-Net kept me informed, and when the supplier took longer to supply some of the more arcane items than at first advised, Tool-Net contacted me promptly and offered partial delivery. This all worked well, and I now have the full range of items ordered at no extra cost. Overall: excellent service.

We bought some very bulky items from tool-net.co.uk and required delivery to us in France. We contacted customer services and they were very helpful and friendly. They gave us a quote for shipping which was extremely good value and our items were delivered very quickly.

I wanted to buy jointing compound for my new patio. Locally, most suppliers were charging up to £40 per tub for the product I wanted, Everbuild Geo Fix all weather. Researched online and found Tool-Net came up as the cheapest around. Prices were nearly £13 per tub lower. Easy to navigate website, leading to concise & clear checkout. Delivery prices are set out in an easy to read format with totals plainly shown. Incidently, tool-nets delivery prices for the items that I wanted, were less than half of anyone elses that I found. So much so that instead of ordering there & then online I rang customer services the next day to confirm the correctness. This was duly confirmed by a helpful and pleasant customer service assistant. Goods were ordered and arrived in good condition within the 5 days quoted. Smooth & easy transaction at great prices. Couldnt ask for any more.

Simple to navigate site, extensive list of products and very good search service. Delivery costs are available without having to enter personal details (one of the most annoying things I find on many sites nowadays) and several contact methods are available including phone numbers! Easy purchase process. I selected the wrong postage option but didn't realise it until I'd completed the on-line purchase, phoned them up immediately, was answered by a friendly human within a couple of rings, provided order number and explained issue, all resolved within less that a minute. I can think of a lot of companies that would benefit greatly by providing this level of service.

Found company via an Internet search. I was looking for a particular battery operated Black and Decker strimmer. Tool net did the powerful strimmer I wanted at a good price and was quite a bit cheaper than most other companies were selling for. I would definitely recommend this company! I was looking for Liberon decking oil as I had read reviews that it is really good. I found it to be very expensive for the quantity I needed. I then found it cheaper at Toolnet and ordered it. It was delivered quickly and securely. I have put them in my favourites to use again.

Prices are very good, cheaper than toolstation (which is cheaper than screwfix). Product range is good, especially Everbuild. Tool-net is let down by delivery. This is expensive, slow and the products arrive in a state that suggests they were run over several times. But still usable.

Best prices on the internet. Stocks all tools across all trades. Delivery was made on day that suited me and staff at call centre were extremely helpful when I called.

Ordered through Tool-Net because of very competitive price and easy to navigate website. Goods arrived within a few days, well packed. I had a query about the item on receipt and Tool-net resolved it same day - distributor brochure enclosed with the goods had an error. All in all very pleased and will use again.

Great item at a great price. The website wasn't at the top of the google search for the product in question, but it was well worth the search. Delivery was on time. Although the item too a little while to leave warehouse delivery was super fast. bearing all of this in mind it did arrive within the stated delivery time. what more can you expect. I was ery impressed with the service I received. Although there was a short delay in shipping caused by a delay in the manufacture shipping new stock I was pleased that Tool-net contacted my by email promptly to let me know that this was the case and reset expectations on delivery. The revised date was met and I was informed by email when the unit shipped. The price was highly competitive and below anywhere else at the time purchased. Ordering process was simple and straight forward on the website. Would definitely use again in the future.

I have a very specific userid that I use for PayPal and in over 10 years I have never received any spam on this id. Within days of placing an order with Tool-Net and having provided Tool-Net with my PayPal id (for the invoice) I started receiving spam. I now reveive spam on the PayPal id everyday. I tracked down the originator and then connfirmed with Tool-Net ... yup, they shared my e-mail addresses. I will never buy from Tool-Net. No matter how great the service, you have no right to share confidential information and break data protection laws.
