I stumbled on the Tool-Net website looking for two specific and quite obscure accessories for my Power8 portable workshop. Both the items I wanted were in stock, they were competitively priced and the on-line ordering was very straight-forward. My Paslode Nails turned up quicker than they said they would, 2 working days. I asked for plenty of time left on the sell by date which was provided. I have used them before and they are always the best price.

Paid approx 1/2 list price on two tins of paint , ok we had to pay a few quid carriage but it still represented a massive saving on high street pricing. Product arrived in 3 days which was fantastic . I would have no hesitation in using tool-net again.

I had a machine breakdown and urgently needed a hydraulic ram. Tool-Net had the exact part that I needed and at a really good price. Registering was easy. They arranged for next day delivery as the standard delivery was 3-5 days. Maybe "Next Day" should be added to the shipping options. They kept me informed as to when the part was dispatched. When I enquired the next day if my part would arrive they assured me it would....as they were right. It arrived when they said it would. It was well packed and clearly labelled for my attention, so it came straight to me. It was the correct part and it did the trick, so I got my machine fixed and everyone was smiling. Thanks Tool-Net

I found Tool Net through a search engine. I had not heard of them before but they were coming out as the cheapest by far. I had a query about the product so emailed the company. I got a response and an answer within the day. I ordered the product, and was able to track it. The item arrived within the allocated time scale of 3-5 days. The website was easy to follow and paying was no hassle. Would use Tool Net again.

I was impressed that although Tool-net couldn't get hold of my product immediately from stock, that they communicated this. Ultimately, they delivered on time. Not bad when they were also one of the cheapest!
