Over the years I have placed over seventy orders with Mixam. There has never been an issue of any sort - Mixam can be relied upon to 'get it right' everytime.

I am SO thrilled with my order! I ordered art prints and lyric booklets for my album launch I'm planning for this year. I'm always a little worried about doing things like this online, and I did see that you can order a sample, but I decided to take the plunge (I'm also slightly impatient, haha!) And I was incredibly excited when I saw the result. They were even better than I could've hoped, and I will absolutely be back again for when I need anything else printed. The price was incredibly good, as was the quality. I'm so happy with the result!

Finished product was very well printed, packaged and dispatched. Communication has been excellent and very helpful with any queries.

I've used Mixam for many years, for postcards, posters, and now for a booklet. The online design is intuitive and the preview of the project enables you to share the book even before you order. The booklets arrived today (175), ahead of schedule. The print job is immaculate, along with the stapled binding. I recommend this firm with no reservations!

I would give 0 stars if I could, the whole process of using the website to create a photo book wasn’t the easiest but the delivery and the contact with this company has blown me away with their sheer, utter ineptitude. I ordered a book on the 8th December that was sent to print on the 10th, expected delivery was the 23rd which came and went with nothing. I rang, emailed, messaged, contacted in any way I could - everyone I spoke to was very polite but no one until after over a week of my order being missing I was told a machine was broken and that’s why my order was late. Previously to this I was told my order was ready to ship, days and days have passed and I still don’t have my order that should have been here a week ago, every time I speak to someone I’m told it’s either due to this Christmas rush - I ordered over 2 weeks before Christmas, or due to a production issue which no one could explain. I’m now told that there’s no stock of the colour paper I’ve ordered, so despite being due over a week ago my order isn’t even complete let alone to ready to ship. I’ve asked to speak to managers, I’ve raised a formal complaint via email and I’ve got precisely nowhere, I was recommended this company and read all the great reviews but will never waste my money again, I have no photo book and no refund. I told this company was a high anticipated order for a terminally ill family member and yet still I didn’t even get a response to that email. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.

I ordered 25 cookbooks for my family for christmas and it was looking unlikely it would arrive in time. I phoned and left a message to see if they could send one or if there was anything they could do and they sent me a lovely message saying they will aim to get it to me ASAP and it was delivered two days later. I am so grateful. Not only that but the quality is amazing. So chuffed!! Highly reccomend
