Plus, really easy interface to use and understand - Love how clearly each step in process is availqnle throughout each step of the design and print process. Lastly, really good printing and shipping time! So magazines came on day they were expected to be delivered. O erall highly recommend Mixam for magazine design and printing services.

I write journals, I’m not a printer, so when it comes to physically taking the document I’d written in word and saved into PDF format and turning it into a beautiful hardback book for me and my adventurous buddies to keep I was blown away with the help I received over the chat function on Mixams website to guide me through the process. Printing quality is great and you keep customers up to date with how the order is progressing. Knocked one star off this time for a delay of an extra week in production time from estimated day no doubt due to Christmas rush

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Mixam. I placed an order at the beginning of December for my mum’s Christmas present, trusting it would arrive well before. The original estimated dispatch date gave me confidence it would be on time, but they’ve now pushed it back to the 23rd of December, meaning there’s no guarantee it will arrive before Christmas. When I contacted Mixam for assistance, they simply said there was “nothing they could do as it’s peak time.” It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I’m not being valued as a customer, especially when this was such an important, time-sensitive order. I understand delays happen, but better communication and a genuine effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way or better still an honest estimate. I chose Mixam based on glowing reviews about their service and quality, but this experience has been an enormous letdown. If you’re ordering for a specific deadline, I’d strongly advise against relying on them, they don’t seem to have the systems in place to ensure timely delivery. This was meant to be a special gift for my mum, and now I’m left panicking to find an alternative at the last minute. Hugely disappointing.
