This is the second time i've used this company. The first time the experience wasn't great, the books were late and of very low quality. I have recently tried again. Not only do they never answer the phone, mail or their online chat, they don't honour their delivery schedule. Dreadful.

I have used Mixam a few times now and not once has the delivery been on time. I contacted them throughout the order process of my most recent order to confirm everything was on schedule, including the day of proposed dispatch, where I was told everything was - only to receive an email later that day delaying my order for a further three days. A printer that delivers when it feels like it is quite frankly useless. I won't be using them again. ** With reference to your below reply, I did inform you of my deadline at the point of placing the order and afterwards. No other printing service seems to suffer these persistent timescale issues, even at peak times.

Generally happy with the products I have ordered. Good quality and good price. One small thing was that one delivery was delayed and it caused me a bit of trouble, but they contacted me and informed me about problems with production. I have ordered several times and only happened once.

The guidance given on the website is excellent. It shepherds you through the process from start to finish. As a first timer it can seem daunting but it's not really, even when a word processing novice (or is that dinosaur)like me, has trouble with margins, but is saved by Mixam's technical specialists. The end result was way better than I thought it could be, and brought positive comments from all who saw it.

Always top quality and great value

Short run printing made easy and reasonably priced. Lots of FAQs and tutorials, and helpful staff answered all my technical questions, so the result was all I had hoped for - a softback 210mm square photobook that has been admired already. Can't wait to make the next one, using Mixam of course!

Up until recently I had had no issues with Mixam. They had provided quality and efficient printing, with prompt delivery, albeit I do think they are on the pricey side for postage. (I also discovered from a previous order that although multiple items are priced separately for P&P, there is a chance that they may all arrive in the same box. I am told adjustments can be made if appropriate but is down to the customer to enquire). My most recent experience was initially not great. There was a delay on one element which got pushed back twice, something which had had a knock on impact on a project. Setting that aside, as I want to be fair and do understand delays can sometimes happen, but it would have been helpful to fully understand the issue at the outset and customer service were a little slow to respond, I think the busy Christmas season must occasionally cause a glitch or two. One item which did arrive had a small fault (a double cover printed) but this was generously resolved in the end. So after a brief loss of confidence I have now been won back over and have edited my previous 2 star grumpy review to give credit where it is due.

The books were even better than I could ever have imagined and the site was so easy to use!

beautifully printed a3 poster, only issue was slight damage to one of the corners. packaging was bent too so imagine that was more down to the delivery rather than the production
