So easy to use

Having used Mixam about 8 times before, I am a returning customer because of the excellent service given by Mixam on the production of small quantities of paperback books. The unit price is excellent value for money and the products are of a high quality. Their staff are always on hand to help (almost every time I need help uploading the spine) and they interact quickly and professionally when asked. The printed product arrives very quickly and well-handled by DHL. I doubt if Mixam's service can be improved - excellent! Highly recommended.

Easy to use system and the preview before committing system allows for checking any last minute errors. Helpful staff to answer questions. Only problem was with the courier but couldn't fault Mixam. Highly recommended.

Have used Mixam for magazine/postcard printing for many years now, on and off. Quality, prices, and technical support always good. The only thing to be aware of is that delivery dates very occasionally slip a little, so be careful with time sensitive stuff

As a long time self publisher of comics I’ve struggled since the early 90s to present the books I’ve put together in a quality and form that really reflects the effort I put into their production. Over the last few years though, the introduction of affordable DTP options have given us ‘small pressers’ a solid platform to present our work through. Having tried out many of the companies around I’d just like to put a word in for my favoured company Mixam. Every book I’ve put through their hands has been of beautiful quality at an affordable price and their dedication to customer service has been second to none (special nod to Abbi and Chanel). Simply put… superb!

Mixham are great, and I've never had any problems with their printing. My only issue is that if I order some A4 posters and A5 flyers for a concert I'm charged twice for postage. As I'm ordering for a charity this is an extra cost that eats into our small profits.

helpful interface, good communication, great final product! Spine interface is a little tricky to figure out on the website, and i'd order in advance bc it's usually a bit later than the expected date, but besides that perfect service.

This company quotes false lead time until you place an order. They then say its in production and you can cancel it despite a week later that timescales quoted. Recommend finding someone else now and this is now happening regularly.

I’ve used them two times. One to make a magazine (one copy) and the other a poster (one copy). The team were really helpful in answering my questions and guiding me through the process as I’m a bit technically challenged. Great communication and updates about the order, brilliant quality and super happy with my products. I’ll definitely use them again for similar things.

Always prompt and excellent service

I found Mixam online when I was looking for a printer company that print books. I had written a book about my dog and this company are ideal for this. I did need help with uploading the book to their template but the book I’ve had printed is excellent quality print and paper. Good price for the product. The customer service is excellent. They helped me with uploading. I did still need extra help as I’m not that good at technology. I’d definitely recommend them for printing any book or pamphlet and leaflets. Books came well packaged.
