On time, High quality printing and exactly as described. Definitely you can feel the difference of working with this brand versus others online. I keep coming back to them not only for printing here, but in the USA and Canada. I only wish prices in germany were more affordable for small amounts.

Really amazing value for money. Artwork looks fantastic. Sometimes not always available to answer the phone, but they have always got back to me, or responded to queries. Staff very helpful. Packaging is usually sound - on the odd occasion where the product has arrived damaged (because the courier hasn't been careful), Mixam have responded and resolved the issue quickly. Very happy to continue working with this company, and would recommend.

Had a problem uploading pdf file. It was coverted to an alternative version by Mixam quickly and without fuss. The booklet was printed and delivered as promised. Very efficient and supportive service. Will definitely use Mixam again. Impressive!

I was very stressed and busy organising an event, and part of that was around designing and printing the brochures. But I was so impressed with Mixam. Their system made the printing process absolutely straightforward. Being able to see the options in real time - how many copies, pages, type of paper, delivery date, pricing etc. - was so helpful. The PDF uploading system was really intuitive and I loved the fact that I could see the final layout, so I knew how the print was going to come out: very reassuring. Plus, after I spotted a small error on the PDF about an hour after I'd uploaded it, I was so grateful to be have the option to re-upload. The turnaround on delivery was impressive (ordered Sunday evening, delivered Thursday), and the brochures look superb. I received many compliments and have already recommended Mixam to a few people. One big plus is that a print run can be one copy or hundreds. This flexibility really appeals and will definitely be a returning customer for any future printing needs.

We have used Mixam for years and generally the print quality is good, apart from occasional issues, however if there is ever an issue the customer service is pretty shocking to be honest.
