United Kingdom | 11 March 2024Fantastic quality, prompt and a really intuitive website. I also rang up to ask a question and the gentleman was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately I’ve only had terrible experiences with printers being really unhelpful so it was a relief and brilliant to get such a fantastic service and my book looks superb! Highly recommended. Thank you

United Kingdom | 04 March 2024Spent a lot of money with Mixam over the past few months printing books. When they've made a mistake in the past they have sent a simple reprint and I always thought this was nice as it allowed a form of apology for their mistake and I could give those copies to family as I cannot sell them. My last order with them arrived torn up and destroyed, they admitted it was their fault and I asked for a simple reprint. They agreed then a day latter all of a sudden they changed their policy (which they've chosen to deny) that I need to destroy the original copies before sending a reprint. I asked what they reason was which they never answered so it only made me think that they believe I self sabotaged the copies for my own gain. Why would I when I've already spent a lot of money with them and established the relationship. I asked multiple times why the change of policy and they never answered and refused to reprint unless I destroyed the original copies as that was good for the environment. I asked how is the waste of paper good for the environment and they never answered. Seemed to me that they did not care about retaining valued customers or rectifying their mistake as they have done so well in the past. AVOID at all costs!!! I have now switched printing companies to someone who has great customer service and ethics! I can't respond to their response so I will do here. I'm not sure what they consider minor damages as all the books had the spine ripped completely which meant they were unusable. So I was left with a choice, rip the pages and gamble if they can send a new order correctly whilst wasting a lot of paper (Great environmental ethics Mixam), what happens if they again send the order ripped and damaged? I have to go through the whole process again and again of taking 50 photos and videos to prove that they cannot do their job properly. The other choice was to take a reimbursement of 50%, still financially at a loss as I cannot sell this copies that had MAJOR damages. Seeking advice on Facebook groups it seems that others have had the same experience with Mixam, constant faulty prints. One had a full reprint sent to them without having to destroy the first print so I'm not sure how the selection process works. They state it's their policy but how is it that others have had a reprint sent without having to destroy the first batch? So it's a roll of the dice if they actually reprint for you which they should if their product is damaged before sending. If it has always been their policy then I don't know why they change between customers. If I could upload a photo on here of the so called minor damages I would so you can see that these copies are unusable. They also state that all printing companies do this. This is wrong. I've found another printing service which offers a FULL REFUND! or Reprint if their production is faulty. As I say... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

United Kingdom | 04 March 2024Our village Post Office shut permanently last week. The Monday before it shut, I drew it. That afternoon. DTP and in the evening sent it off to Mixam for Priority printing. Thursday lunchtime, 500 excellent quality postcards of my drawing were delivered. That’s four days from sketch to postcards. And two of those days were delivery. Superb service. My thanks to everyone involved.
