They did nothing wrong. I had two 'phone calls and the people I spoke to were helpful. Their website for submitting my artwork was relatively straight forward. Another printer I got a quote from did offer proof reading although they were more expensive. In retrospect having self proof read my documents countless times a professional proof read may have been advisable. The quality of the finished product was perfect and it was delivered earlier than estimated. I would use them again.

Unbelievable value. 9 photo books for £100. Paid that for one book with CEWE or Photobox! A4 books with hard covers with type and print inside. Easy to use (transferred all from a PDF), got free help with cover page - to make sure it fitted. Perfect! Hope it stays at this price in future.
