Received call to renew my classic car insurance ,lady was very courteous and efficient , gave me a choice to renew on call or wait, I chose to do it on call, very straight forward to do and make payment, very pleased with policy, price and service ,would highly recommend Lancaster Insurance Services

Telephoned the renewal team . The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful . Got me a discount on the original price for my policy . Explained everything in detail and asked if I wanted a quote for other cars or home insurance . Will probably try them when these policies need renewing . Very satisfied with the service received.

Been with Lancaster for 9 years and very happy. Only slight glitch is you always have to negotiate with them at renewal on price otherwise you will pay £25 to £30 extra.
