I initially obtained an online motor insurance quotation from Lancaster Insurance, but it was much higher than the renewal premium with my existing insurer, so I didn't proceed. However, later that day, I received a follow-up call from Lancaster Insurance and spoke with Elliot who was very helpful. We discussed my motor insurance requirements in more detail and Elliot was able to offer me a revised quotation which was significantly lower than the renewal premium with my existing insurer. The purchasing was very straight forward and I received the documents almost immediately by email. Based on my experience to date, I would recommend Lancaster Insurance.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2025I'm very disappointed with the automated system because I tried 3 times and gave up as your system either doesn't understand English or is stone deaf, I had to shout at the top of my voice until it heard me, then the system got the information totally wrong time and time again, my neighbour told me they could here me through the wall and after that if the system carries on handling the calls badly I will reconsider insuring my 4 cars with another company. The service your operator Emma provided me with excellent service.
