United Kingdom | 10 January 2025I was well looked after by the sales assistant, however the online system I could have used first asked me to check my Barclays app (but I don't have that - requiring me to ring and speak vs. doing the renewal online). Also your virtual assistant asked what day I was born on (which I'd forgotten). Again this was another barrier that then made me phone again and speak to a human. Is that really necessary when all other checks were fine?

The policy is highly tailored meaning it is a very reasonable price and I am just paying for what I need. The only negative is that the call lasted 1 hour 30 minutes, extended by regular holds whilst the advisor had to consult his manager, who was not immediately available.
