United Kingdom | 17 December 2024I have always found Lancaster very easy to deal with, the staff are polite and helpful and have time to make customers feel appreciated. However, I could not give 5 stars as the computerised defence system that routes calls to the right place is one of the worst I have encountered. There is a mix between pressing keys on the phone and speaking answers and it is difficult to make it understand what you are saying, especially if you have breathing difficulties that result in a quiet voice. It could be improved by making it consistent about either keying answers in or speaking and it should recognise that where answers have proved problematic, it should be quicker to refer the call to a human call handler. Had this been my first use of Lancaster I would have given a much lower star rating, but as it is I am happy with the service quality and the price, just struggled with automation of telephone answering machine.
